Prices are way to high for the quality, location and amenities. This is a $35 per night Campground. The rules are very rigorous and probably enforced due to the large percentage of full time residents. Lots of dinge. I have a 50a trailer and always use 30a if given a choice but was forced to pay more for a 50a because of some nonsense excuse. (I'm a EE so excuse didnt make any sense). Would not recommend this campground!

Quiet, but overpriced for limited maintenance and frequent utility issues. I’ve been here for nearly two years. While it’s generally quiet, there have been no updates or improvements despite two rent increases during my stay. The road coming in still has bumps that were only painted over when a few sites were repaved. There’s no dog park, and leash rules are only enforced at the front, even though loose cats roam in the back. Power issues happened to my site more often than they should, and maintenance is only available for a few hours on weekdays, so problems that happen after hours or on weekends often wait days to be addressed. The water pressure problem I experienced recently was a one-time event, but it still took several days to resolve. When they say no credits or refunds, they mean it, even with my long term stay, there was no price reduction for the water or power issues. Quiet location, but for the price, I expected more reliable utilities, a true maintenance presence, and some reinvestment in the park.

Whatever you do, don’t stay at small cabin #2. As soon as we walked in, I was disgusted. It smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigarettes in it. We checked in late so the office was already closed. We went to Walmart and I spent almost $75 on a mop, cleaning supplies and a diffuser. I mopped the walls and the floors. It was terrible. I didn’t let my son sleep on the top bunk because the mattress(if that’s what you want to call it) had mold on the side of it that we noticed when putting the sheet on. The bath house was okay. Needs updating and more frequent cleaning. I went to the office the next morning to let them know about the condition that we found the cabin in and they did apologize, but nothing more. The only plus side and why I’m giving 2 stars was because our dog was allowed to stay with us.

We had my daughter's travel ball tournament in Lake City this past weekend and stayed at this campground. From the very first phone call to the moment we left, the staff was incredibly friendly and polite. Although we didn’t stay in one of the cabins, they looked nice and cozy. We brought our camper and stayed for two nights. Our Sunday bracket schedule was a bit hectic, but the wonderful lady at the front desk was extremely accommodating and worked with us so we could continue playing without worry. The campground itself is quiet and relaxing—just what we needed. With a few improvements, this place has the potential to be even better. We’ll definitely continue camping here whenever we have tournaments in the area!

The entire staff including maintenance is very polite and friendly. The pool has been cleaned since I’ve been here for a short time. It’s a very friendly environment. The road around the campground is excellent for a walk . There’s a nice pond to relax and watch the fountain in the middle. No swimming but great to have a moment of peace
