We were surprised to get the most lovely spot on the beach in May without a reservation with our fifth wheel, it was beautiful! The water was clean and the perfect temperature to swim in, the Park top was clean and the staff was kind and friendly. Thank you

I love this place! The cabins here have front door access to the water and the bathrooms and showers are really close too. The park is a short drive from the London bridge, but far enough away to really just enjoy nature and the beautiful lake / mountain views!

This is a great park.  The park is big, it has a section for cabins and one for RV's.   The park staff does a great job of keeping the park neat and clean.  They have some nice beach areas and even one for the dogs.  The camp sites are good size and most have great views.  We were able to walk across the park and rent a boat to take out on the lake for four hours.  We will definitely stay here again.

Great State Park.  First time visiting and loved it.  We had a rental cabin with an RV spot.  The cabin was a dry cabin with heat and AC.  The RV site was roomy and plenty of room to walk between the cabin and RV.  The site was right on the lake and the sunsets are amazing!

We explored the town and area for several days.  We went to Oatman, The Desert Bar and the Bunker Bar.  Did some paddle boarding as well.

We will visit again!

Great place to camp!  Big sites and some have great views of the lake.  The bad is that there isn't a sewer connection, only a dump station.  Always something going on for entertainment.

The park itself is nice, as long as you don’t have to use the showers- I didn’t thankfully but I did look at them- they need an upgrade. The lake and scenery are perfect- the park was very clean- short beach walk and a 1.5 mile trail in the park- go to the top of the trail for sunset!

Well maintained and very friendly. For 50 a night you get camp, water, eletric (that is yours), and there is a dump on sight (with potable water near by, it is next to street, away from dump, not the water at dump). There are big blue trash cans in the campgrounds (for  all campers to use).

The views are magnificent. There is a trail to the beach, a trail to watch sunset, trails to garden area... Its definitely worth the money.

Sports, kayaking, boating, swimming?? (It was to cold at beginning of December to test the swim).

Dinner-food, bring your own, have delivered (to gate), or go to one of the many places close by.

Very nice state park. Very large site. Sunset are beautiful. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Nice trail with cactus garden. Near everything by car or bike. Right on Lake Havasu and you see the London Bridge from the campground. Two points to complain. Showers have an annoying push button and only stays on for a few seconds and you have to keep pressing it and it took very long time to get warm and it is not realy warm, more cold than warm. We were there end of November and it is pretty cold in the morning till 10h and at night start to be cold at 5h PM, so It would have been nice to have a hot shower. Boats noice all day long to late at night and it is very loud but it is not state park fault. This is all I have to complain about. Hope to be back again.

Great park! Like every AZ state park we have been to, it's clean, well maintained, with friendly and helpful rangers and volunteers. Lake Havasu's campground was especially nice, as the sites are VERY widely spaced apart. Another big plus is our site looked over a beach and the lake.

We stayed in cabin #6 — a very nice spot that sleeps six comfortably. With the heat outside, both the lake and the cabin’s A/C were lifesavers. The beach gave us easy access to the water, and we were able to launch our kayak and paddle board right from there. We paddled all the way to the London Bridge, which took about two hours round trip. If you're into that kind of adventure, it’s definitely worth it.

Fishing was great — lots of carp and striped bass around.

The showers were clean, though I’d still recommend wearing flip-flops. The bathroom is cleaned every morning, which helps keep things fresh.

Unfortunately, the neighboring family had two cabins and seemed to be a group of about 15. They were extremely loud, and their trash was scattered everywhere. Hopefully, you’ll have better luck with your neighbors. Also, we weren’t allowed to bring our dog, which was a real disappointment as well.

Camped him a 38ft Renegade, pull thru with 50A and water. Just across from the beach, next to the bathrooms. Beautiful beaches. We had shade from a small tree, shade over the patio. Theres a swimming beach located a 1/4 mile down the CG. We used Starlink. Jet boat fanatics do not use mufflers so expect noise. Convenient to town or London Bridge area. Grabbed this reservation late 2024 before price increase. Casino boat to CA Casino was fun. Came out with extra $ which is always nice. Lots of bike trails. Very busy & full sites. We camped at Lake Havasu State Park in a Motorhome.

Lake Havasu State Park, Lake Havasu, AZ

This park is just a short distance off I-40 and can be an overnight stay or a destination.  There are generous campsites in 2 loops, the first loop also containing the cabins  which had bunk beds and room for 6-8 ppl.   The restroom was clean and had showers.  We enjoyed a hiking trail that wound through a pollinator garden and beside the lake.

There are 4 boat ramps within the park.

Beautiful place to hike, boat, or just hang out.  Busy down by London Bridge but otherwise very peaceful for the most part.  A+

This state park is pretty big. Only one way in and out. Their day use area has RVs parked, dry camping. You can rent a boat. Walk along the beach and check out the miniature lighthouses.

A nice little beach area around Havasu Lake. You can take a little walk along the coastline to a nice little beach which was surprisingly clean. There is a no dogs allowed sign posted but there are courtesy doggie bags available.  The sunset is very scenic, especially near the tiny lighthouse. You can see London Bridge in the distance and there are a lot of dining options nearby.
