An oasis in the desert. Clean bathrooms. No showers, but all sites had trees and lots of lovely flowers. I had an amazing view from my site and watched the sunrise over the desert and river below! 🌅

A solid choice if you're looking for an ordinary campground. While I liked that it was a little out of the way, it was still crowded with RV's mostly and some tents. Views are enjoyable, but not breathtaking. Recommended.

It was a very nice family campground with water spigots & an electric plug in the restrooms (flushing toilets) which were pretty much clean & stocked except for no soap or paper towels. Many coyotes & owls were heard at night in the distance & the stars were awesome! Generators have running hours otherwise it would be horrible noise! America the Beautiful Access Pass gets you half off campsites & free entry into the Lake Mead area(talk to any BLM land office 😉). The rangers were very professional and courteous! Camp host Bob seems to have the campground efficient and well kept while being friendly & helpful. Trees & bushes are protected so the shade is great!!! I would have given 5 stars if the lake wasn't so far away due to the water being down so far in the lake now. Plenty of dumpsters so no need for littering 🙂 The fellow campers were very considerate & what they were not going to use was left behind for those who could use the stuff. (A brand new shower tent still in box came in handy with the portable shower head we brought in) No campground showers there! Very close to Henderson shopping & Boulder Beach by the water. The visitor center is a must see by Boulder Beach! Everything went smoothly with the considerate campers & the unruly ones were diligently handled by the rangers, federal land in national park systems! Think twice before breaking laws!!! This campground was more family oriented than Boulder Beach & more festive.

This is a lovely campground with spectacular views of desert landscapes. Clean, easy to park, and the good value for the money. Restrooms are clean. Clean. We only stayed here one night on our way home but have made a note to come by again.

This is my favorite campground at Lake Mead. It has flush toilets, some shade, picnic tables, fire rings, grills, a dump station, trash dumpsters, and potable water. The views of the Las Vegas Wash are incredible. That water draws a variety of wildlife, including Roadrunners and coyotes.

Beautiful always the lanscape of the desert is amazing a best place to hang out on a cold weather day.
good dogs
There are no hook-ups. That may be the only negative about this campground. The camp host is friendly and helpful. There are quail and roadrunner running around the campground. We really enjoyed our time here.

We love camping at Lake Mead. We usually camp at Boulder Beach which is very nice, but can be a bit noisy. So we decided to check out Las Vegas Bay. 3/11/2022 Friday. We found a nice private site close to water and the restroom. Shortly after we arrived the campground filled up with weekend campers. The campground was full but it wasn’t noisy. Come Sunday evening it was like a ghost town. When we arrived the bathrooms were badly in need of cleaning and was out of toilet paper in the stall I used. Luckily I keep a tissue in my pocket. Today is Monday 3/14 the trash can in the ladies bathroom still hadn’t been dumped. It look as though the toilet in one stall overflowed. Also the door on the ladies bathroom sticks and a couple of ladies thought it was locked. It looks like it hasn’t been swept out in ages with cobwebs on the hinges and dead bugs on the floor. This is sad because this campground overall is very nice.

Desert boondocking for $10 to 20 a night. RV dump and good water on site. Nice views.

Beautiful campground right at the entrance to Lake Mead from the Vegas end. Very convenient for me to run errands all day, camp and then head back to Mexico. Level concrete pad lots if you have an RV. Quiet at night, except for the yipping and yapping of coyotes, which I enjoy. If you plan to visit and pick your site early, be sure to place a personal item on the lot before leaving. I paid for my site and put my card up before going into town to run errands and the hosts didn't seem too pleased about it.
