This destination is defined by its massive scale and its centerpiece, a 47-acre private lake. Unlike many crowded roadside parks, this resort provides a distinct sense of seclusion and natural beauty, making it a staple for travelers exploring Northern California who want to stay immersed in the wilderness without sacrificing modern comforts.
Location & Surroundings
Situated in the quiet community of Oregon House, California, the park is surrounded by rolling hills and mature oak trees. The surrounding area is part of the North Yuba region, characterized by quiet country roads and scenic vistas that create a peaceful, rural backdrop for any RV stay.
Amenities & Park Features
The resort is well-equipped for both long-term stays and weekend getaways. Travelers can enjoy the swimming pool and spa, while the private lake is perfect for bank fishing or launching a small boat. On-site facilities include miniature golf, tennis courts, and a spacious clubhouse for community gatherings. Most sites provide full hookups with a variety of back-in and pull-through options designed to accommodate different rig sizes in a natural setting.
Nearby Attractions & Things to Do
While the park offers plenty of on-site recreation, the surrounding Yuba County area is worth exploring. Visitors often head to Collins Lake for additional boating and trophy trout fishing opportunities. For a more relaxed afternoon, the local boutique wineries in Oregon House offer unique tastings in a scenic environment. The historic gold-rush towns of Grass Valley and Nevada City are also within driving distance for those seeking local shopping and dining.

Great place to camp (E&W hookups) close to home. The cost is a bit more but worth it. If I camped more I would definitely think about becoming a member.

Beautiful campground and staff is always friendly and helpful. They often have meals for special holidays. There is a playground, frisbee golf, miniature golf, boating and beaches. You can’t go wrong staying here!!

Joanie and the rest of the staff here know how to provide world class service and the cabins are the cleanest I have ever seen at a TT resort! Thank you so much for a very cozy stay!

We pulled up with questions and to obtain a camp map so we can plan a long stay with our friends a few months from now, but we couldn't get through the gate. The employee in the hut didn't see us, her coworker on the other hand exchanged eye contact multiple times and nothing came of it. Sat there for 5mins thinking she was busy, then I reversed out and left. We'll be staying at a lake house a couple miles closer to Yuba City instead. Thanks for helping us decide quickly.

Decent sites with decent amenities, fun slides for kids. Male Restroom was pretty run down in "A" camp paint and plaster flaking off walls. One urinal working other completely removed. Only one toilet second was out of order. Cell service is very spotty or non existent. They mentioned having WiFi available in two places but was only available in one.
