Prices going up and the amenities are non existent. I stopped here for the recent hurricane and am surprised to see that from my previous visit the prices went up and the atmosphere changed negatively. The grass was high enough to be a nuisance when walking our dogs. I recommend travelers just pass this up, this place isn’t what it used to be.

Fantastic RV stay. We came down from Georgia for my son’s ball tournament and decided to bring to the RV. Staff were very friendly. Clean restroom and shower facility. Washer and dryers worked great….pricey but understood. Pool was clean. Pond offered my boys great fishing (catch and release). Would stay here again.

Great overnight stop on our way home from vacation. Right off the highway so easy access. The pull through sites were level so we didn’t have to unhook. The lake/pond with walking trail was really pretty. The kids playground is fully undercover which was a nice touch and my daughter loved. Everything seemed well maintained. Would stay here again.

We had a great time staying here in our camper. I only wish our trip would have allowed us to stay here longer. The kids loved the pool and the playground. My wife and I love walking around the lake. If we are traveling in the area in the future, we will definitely plan to stay here again.

This place approved my RV when I applied and sent pictures then after only being there 12 days I was left a voice mail by the GM named Hope which was rude and very judgmental that my camper did not meet standards. Then while talking to staff they verified that she just did not like the fact my boyfriend had tattoos on his face. Because they have seen campers a lot worse than mine in there. I would not recommend this place if you don’t want to be judged and had to pay someone to bring the camper to the park.

Great little park literally 5 minutes off I12 but secluded and quiet. Friendly staff. The sites are good sized and level. There is a Mexican restaurant within walking distance of your site- across the street from the entrance. Several other fast food and gas stations a couple of minutes down the road. One of the best stocked Park Stores that we've seen in our cross country travels. Highly recommended

This place is so nice! Friendly service getting our reservation for 2 nights. All paved roads and parking. Also we by the lake, we love our spot. First time here and will be back.

Nice people and nice clean campground. Close together sites with full hookups and a small lake in the middle. Lots of road noise! Would have given 4 stars but there are stickers all through their grass that hurt like hell! My poor dogs could not walk anywhere and I accidently stepped on the grass and got 2 stickers in my foot. They were all over the bottom of my shoes even after I tried brushing the stickers off! I had to get a knife and dig them out!

We spent one night here on our way from Florida to Texas. The park was very well maintained and the staff friendly. The sites were small and close together but the pads were level cement with full hook ups (50 amp). There was a small lake with a walking path around it which was nice. We paid about $51 for the night which I thought was a little steep but we slept well in this quiet location.

Showers only at the gate. Way too far away for us to use. Something in the grass that made our dogs start limping. Not Happy! Too much nightly fee for the service received. Traveling from our home in Oregon, we've been in many parks.

Always stayed at this park a couple of times a year. Easy to get to, good spots, well cared for. It was always passing through. Headed east and needed a spot for sun Mar 31. Got a new employee, was patient with her 'newness' but after about 20 minutes was told since it was Easter weekend, needed a 2 night stay minimum. Seriously, Sunday night, they had plenty of sites...would not entertain the notion of helping a repeat customer. Greed at its worst. I will never stay at Lakeside RV again. Will find a new favorite.

Average rating for room because you can't say NA here - we brought our RV, providing our own room! Average rating for service because we arrived after hours and required no service - again, no option here for NA! Three solid stars for a very satisfactory location because it's convenient to the highway, though appreciably not on top of it so there's some peace there, and the lake walkway is nice. Solid place for an overnight or more. Would recommend!

Beautiful property with a small stocked lake, very well maintained. Friendly helpful staff. The sites seem like they’re close together but the wide pad gives you plenty of room between your campsite and theirs. Other than a lot of rain we absolutely enjoyed our stay and look forward to another.

Great RV park - nice large, concrete pad sites. We had a lake front site and there was a lot of space to enjoy the views, have a campfire, etc. Well maintained, clean. There was a really nice lounge and game area for campers. Great outdoor space. My only complain is the BUGS, ha. And probably the price of laundry... which caused us to not do any laundry.

We drove in from Lafayette for 1 night to get away. Property was clean, people who worked there were very nice. Nice lake although we didn’t fish this time. Have a nice sidewalk. Nice activities.
