This is one of the nicest small RV parks we've used! Great location, very well kept, nice sized sites with electric, water and sewer. Lots of grassy areas to walk your dogs and our site was very private! We only dealt with the staff via text messages, but they were prompt in responding and very accommodating when we had to change our dates by 1 week. We will definitely be back when we return to the Brevard/Hendersonville area! Absolutely loved it here! Added some pix of a few of the waterfalls we explored while here!

This is a very cute location. Small so very little noise close to towards for food and hiking. However we left after 1 night. We had zero wifi or cell service on site 12. We had to walk down to the road with our hands up in the air to get a single bar.

GPS accurate. Smaller than appeared on website, but easy to maneuver. Manager(s) accomodating. Rooms? Not certain. Firewood available on site $. All picnic tables replaced during our stay, new wood, stained. Landscape produced privacy, and pleasantly aromatic. WiFi extenders - good. Not certain regarding bathhouse availablity; no washer/dryers. Reference to "lodge" (small building) function not clear. Five nite stay. Pleasant.

We stayed here for the month of March 2025. No T-Mobile signal for voice-phone or data in the campground. You must connect to the campground Wi-Fi, which was very good. We were able to stream (2) TVs plus computers. Good T-Mobile signal outside the campground, though. Site #10 was long enough for my 38' 5th wheel, tow truck, and car park to park, but very narrow. Only wide enough for the RV with the stairs down. But Site #10 was the only narrow site. There’s a nice landscape between sites as well. Sites 1 through 5 are back-in and are down near the entrance. They have more space around them, but not as good of views of the mountains across the street, to the south. The pull-thru sites (6 through 12) are very close together but have plenty of space in the campsite to enjoy the fire pit (except for site #10). All sites have crushed stones and are fairly level with a firepit (except Site #10, which is too narrow). 50Amp power was good, no issues. The water pressure was great, and the sewer was fine, too. The campground is on a well, so if you lose power, you lose water. It's a little strange not having an office. But when I did have a question, I left a VM (or you can text to that same number), and I received a response quickly. The campground manager is on-site but seems to only handle reservations, respond to issues and requests, and no maintenance person on-site. The Camp Lodge has free coffee (Keurig), TV, and some games to play. There are a couple of comfortable chairs too. But it’s a little creepy in there with all the stuffed animals hanging on the walls. There are security cameras throughout the campground, even in the Lodge. They have firewood for sale at the lodge, too. It’s a very quiet area with great hiking and fly fishing just down the road at Pisgah National Forest or DuPont State Recreational Forest. Brevard is a quaint little town just 20 minutes away. Hendersonville and Asheville are nearby, too. Lots of restaurants and shopping all nearby. I’d stay again.

My wife and I recently stayed here for 6 weeks, and we had a nearly perfect stay!! Margaret was incredibly accommodating and very helpful with coordinating our arrival/ departure. The campground is cozy, clean, quiet, and extremely conveniently located. We were very pleased with the way receiving packages/mail was handled. We also appreciated the picnic table and fire ring provided for every site, with $4 bundles of wood available on the grounds. The only downside we found to camping here is the lack of a laundry facility. Overall, we loved our time here!!

This is a very small but very nice campground. $54 with our camper card discount. No frills, no pool, bathrooms or activities. You need to be self sustained. Everything is done on line with reservation and payment (although I made the reservation on the phone), but once you arrive, you just pull into your sight. The sight # is given to you in the email they send you. We had no difficulty finding our sight and pulling in. The location is great for seeing some of the waterfalls. Only about 15 min drive to the 1st waterfall we saw. If we ever come back to this area, we will be staying here.

This is a nice small campground with full amenities. The sites are super level and quite close together. They have a lot of landscaping in this new campground that will pay dividends in a few years. The Wi-Fi is very strong which was important to us as we had work to do on a rainy day. The location is excellent with easy access to Brevard, DuPont and Pisgah. There is some road noise at this campground. There are lovely string lights that add to the atmosphere and make evening dog walks more pleasant. The on site owner is very kind and provides a nice welcome packet upon arrival with very helpful advice for RVers like propane fills and laundry facilities. Thank you for an enjoyable time!

We had some challenges with our booking (not any fault of the campground) and the customer service we received was superb. The response from Magaret and Brandon was awesome, and it will make us repeat visitors.
