This place is a hidden gem. You can hear and smell the ocean. Its very well kept. The staff take alot of pride in this place. See pics. Pros: The bathrooms and showers are very clean! I would go as far and say the best rv resort showers and bathrooms I have ever used!!! Through out the day you will see the staff watering the plants and keep the roads clear of sit debris. There is always staff on site for emergency. You are about 5 to 10 mins walk from the beach. As far as guests, people to to respect the quiet time hours. Cons: There is only one pet relief area. There should be 2 areas. 1 on each side of the park. If you are on the opposite site you have to walk all the way around the park to get to it. If you need to do Laundry, be ready for a lengthy walk or short drive. You have to cross the street to the neighborhood like area and go down a few streets. The Laundry room is well kept.

Exceptional Service and Peaceful Pismo Getaway. We recently stayed at Le Sage RV Park and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the front office staff, Sherrie and Anne, made us feel genuinely welcome with their warmth and attentiveness. When we encountered an RV issue during our stay, they didn't hesitate to spring into action. They quickly helped us troubleshoot and find a solution, which truly set them apart. Beyond the outstanding service, the park itself is a haven. It's remarkably quiet and immaculate, striking the perfect balance for a peaceful retreat. We were delighted by its proximity to the beach and close enough for an easy walk whenever we wanted to enjoy the coast. The location also proved incredibly convenient for exploring the Pismo Beach area, with everything we wanted to see within easy reach. Whether you're looking for a serene base to explore the Central Coast or simply want to unwind near the ocean, Le Sage RV Park delivers on all fronts. Sherrie and Anne's exceptional care made our stay truly memorable.

Great place quiet and very close to the beach. Beside the drive on beach access and surrounding restaurants. A great spot if you are traveling with a camper or RV.

Paid for 3 nights left after 2 , the sewage smell and the mosquitoes drove us away and NO REFUNDS! It is over $100 per night to stay there. The sites are not level. I do not recommend staying there.

It’s a very nice and clean RV park but that’s all it has going for it. Tons of mosquitoes at night so bring a candle and spray to make sure you’ll be safe. Ok here what I find weird about this place! The lady is very friendly and professional, however the guy who runs the place acts is if he is doing you a favor by letting you breathe! And stay in he’s RV camp. If I didn’t know any better, I would say he doesn’t want anyone there because if you’re living in breathing you shouldn’t be here! Need to use the restroom? Make sure it’s in better shape then when you entered! Because you will hear it when you enter and when you exit the restroom, he will also explain how to use a shower to you! Even if you’re a 45 year old man and k ow how to use a restroom he will still need to let you know. This man has never been taught a lesson and has Went unchecked his entire life. Besides the mosquitoes and the man who acts like a mosquito that that’s my only problem
