Paid for 3 nights left after 2 , the sewage smell and the mosquitoes drove us away and NO REFUNDS! It is over $100 per night to stay there. The sites are not level. I do not recommend staying there.

It’s a very nice and clean RV park but that’s all it has going for it. Tons of mosquitoes at night so bring a candle and spray to make sure you’ll be safe. Ok here what I find weird about this place! The lady is very friendly and professional, however the guy who runs the place acts is if he is doing you a favor by letting you breathe! And stay in he’s RV camp. If I didn’t know any better, I would say he doesn’t want anyone there because if you’re living in breathing you shouldn’t be here! Need to use the restroom? Make sure it’s in better shape then when you entered! Because you will hear it when you enter and when you exit the restroom, he will also explain how to use a shower to you! Even if you’re a 45 year old man and k ow how to use a restroom he will still need to let you know. This man has never been taught a lesson and has Went unchecked his entire life. Besides the mosquitoes and the man who acts like a mosquito that that’s my only problem

Great place to stay. Bathrooms are super clean all the time same with the showers. My only complaint would be the wifi is pretty bad. That’s all though everything else is great. Still 5 stars.

Location is not walking distance to town. Also, I canceled my reservation over a month in advance and they keep a $20 cancellation fee. I understand if it was closer to the date, but 5 weeks in advance should not be charged a fee. Ridiculous

This is an RV park. It’s a well run park with Richard as manager, Stoney and Michelle fill in managers and a great group of team members. Sky River RV sales and service 1/2 mile up the road, great group of folks there too. 10 minute walk to the beach. 1 mile to Pismo Pier. Lots of good food near by in Pismo Beach, Grover Beach, Arroyo Grande and Oceano.

Park is clean and quiet and management helpful. Full hookups all worked well. Gravel pads. Park is small - only 1 row of large sites for long RV’s are quite level and you cannot choose your site. Front row for large RV’s has some very uneven/sloped sites. You cannot see the beach or ocean from the park. Need to walk 1/2 a block to the beach which is gorgeous!

Roads are a little tight to navigate. Overall a nice clean RV park. Will stay again when in the area. Third time I've stayed here! We will continue to stay as long as things don't change!

We love this park! It's a great location. We've stayed in several parks in the area and this one is our favorite. Chad is the grounds keeper and he does an absolutely phenomenal job. He's friendly and helpful. Chad is always working so hard to keep the grounds beautiful. He keeps dog treats in his golf cart and makes friends with all the dogs.

Excellent, convenient, very friendly, sparkling clean, easy and chill. Five minute walk to the shore of the Pacific and the epic Fin's Restaurant on the beach. Best, most chill, quiet, mellow RV Park in the area. This groovy, quaint park is not a busy, snobby, Disneyland-Airport style RV Park like the others in the area... Highly recommend!!! Best in the area.

The park itself is very minimalistic. Tight spaces. Close to groceries, easy walking access to beach, clean. This time we had a yahoo next to us that his truck alarm went off at 4am Sunday. Okay I get it, we all have those times we wince at….. Monday morning 6am, 6:15, 6:30, 6:45 and 7:30 his truck alarm was blaring five different times in one hour. If you don’t mind reasonable, no frills, tight spaces and will not be spending a lot of time actually at your rig….this is the place for you.

We have stayed here twice now, I absolutely love it. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. This is our 4 kids favorite place to vacation. It’s always clean and well cared for. It’s definitely what I consider a hidden gem. A 2 min walk to the beach and a good restaurant and about 2 miles from downtown Pismo.

Very well kept campground... A little tight but you still have room to enjoy the outside... Close to town to get whatever you need. The best part, a very short walk to a beautiful beach with a beautiful view... I would definitely stay again!
