The bathrooms are clean. There are no seats in the laundry room, so I sat outside at a picnic table in one of the empty spots. While sitting there a rat ran across in front of me. I left immediately and just stood in the laundry room until my clothes were done. I also got charged an extra $40 after we left. You are supposed to sign out to let them know you are leaving. Check out is 11am. We left at 7:30am. I was not told, or I don't recall them telling me about signing out. Supposedlly it was on the paper receipt, but I paid online and did not look at the receipt. No other park we have stayed at requires you to sign out, so it was probably my mistake. I called asking for it to be taken off, but they would not take it off.

I attended a weekend long event and preferred to tent “glamp” rather than risk the bed bugs and other grunge I associate with budget-friendly hotels in the area. For the cost of one night in a low end hotel I had three nights on a safe, astroturfed lot big enough for my 10x10 pop-up tent that had electric, WiFi, and clean bathrooms and plenty of hot water pressure in the showers. The only issue I had was noise (there was a lot of noise.). If I revisit I will remember earplugs. Miss Melanie in the office was a gracious hostess and I would definitely revisit.

I did not stay at this RV spot. I only went to investigate it in the event I wanted to stay there in the future . This is only what I observed . It's just a parking lot with the minimalist of essentials. It is nearly $200 a night and only has a dump station no sewer service. Of course, it's the only place to park an RV that's literally only 10 minutes from Manhattan by public transportation.

This place is convenient for anyone who wants to visit NY in their MH or TT. It's really basic and just a parking lot that services the marina. They do have security around the clock, but a few nights I had to let myself in through the gate. The Bathrooms were decently clean, but one of the showers was out of service, no biggie. We did do laundry here that was nice. Overall I would stay here again, but don't expect anything but a safe place to park and plug in. Also, no sewer at sites, they have 2 dump stations near the bath house.

Well kept. Safe. Restrooms and showers clean and water hot. Perfect location to avoid expensive NYC hotels. Took ferry to the city. Great value. Will stay here again!
