Level parking lot with hookups. Bathrooms clean. Helpful hosts. City is very noisy with sirens and weird booms and bangs all night. Location is fantastic for getting to the NYC city or Statue of Liberty

I was worried based on the photos I saw but this was a great stay. Shower was WARM, locked, and clean. Laundry available and clean. Service exceptional. So helpful with information. The only complaint was the smoker next door coughing so much at 1030pm! I also used a blackout curtain bc of city lights. What a fun stop.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST PARK I'VE EVER BOOKED! I booked this park in June, 2024 for September 28, 2025. The original price that I was quoted was $40 a night. I questioned that at the time, and they told me we were getting a seasonal discount. The day before we showed up, we got a confirmation invoice saying we owed $63.97. When I showed up, they told me my balance was over $500!!! (Over 4 times what we were quoted). I told her that the previous day I had received that email, and showed it to them, and the girl told me that somebody was supposed to call me and tell me that their prices went up. I never received a call nor an email. I asked to speak with the manager, which I did over the phone, and he basically said well sorry, this is the way it is. He told me there was a "glitch" in their system that gave me the $40 rate, and that they have had this problem before. Then my husband went in and asked to speak with the owner. The owner basically said the same thing, but when my husband pushed, he offered us a discounted rate (3 times what we were originally quoted). Of course we weren't willing to pay that, thinking it was a "bait and switch" maneuver. So we left. I want to add that driving to the RV park through the city was an absolute nightmare! We are in a 35 feet long class A motorhome plus a tow vehicle. It seemed like we had only a few inches in the lane on each side of the motorhome. And people are extremely rude, pulling out in front of us, almost backing into us, etc....

Perfect spot for exploring NYC! It was so great being able to stay in our home on the road while being a few steps from this amazing city. Our electric and water hookups were great & we felt safe the entire time, even at night. The short walk to the PATH station made it super easy to access any part of the city. We will absolutely be back if ever in the area!

An awesome place! It's a parking lot so definitely has to be your expectation...we had our own accommodations so I can't speak on the bathrooms and I didn't use the laundry services...Water and electric hook ups but no sewer...there is a dump station conveniently located! Check in was easy and the lady at the front desk was so nice and accommodating...she even switched our spot from what I booked online to one she thought we would fit better! She gave us a welcome packet and gave great advice on public transportation into NYC! The location was amazing, quiet, and safe...less than a mile drive to liberty state park for the ferry to ellis island and the statue of liberty! Able to walk about 5 blocks for the subway (grove station) that goes directly to the world trade center...overall a great stay and the location can't be beat!

The bathrooms are clean. There are no seats in the laundry room, so I sat outside at a picnic table in one of the empty spots. While sitting there a rat ran across in front of me. I left immediately and just stood in the laundry room until my clothes were done. I also got charged an extra $40 after we left. You are supposed to sign out to let them know you are leaving. Check out is 11am. We left at 7:30am. I was not told, or I don't recall them telling me about signing out. Supposedlly it was on the paper receipt, but I paid online and did not look at the receipt. No other park we have stayed at requires you to sign out, so it was probably my mistake. I called asking for it to be taken off, but they would not take it off.

I attended a weekend long event and preferred to tent “glamp” rather than risk the bed bugs and other grunge I associate with budget-friendly hotels in the area. For the cost of one night in a low end hotel I had three nights on a safe, astroturfed lot big enough for my 10x10 pop-up tent that had electric, WiFi, and clean bathrooms and plenty of hot water pressure in the showers. The only issue I had was noise (there was a lot of noise.). If I revisit I will remember earplugs. Miss Melanie in the office was a gracious hostess and I would definitely revisit.

I did not stay at this RV spot. I only went to investigate it in the event I wanted to stay there in the future . This is only what I observed . It's just a parking lot with the minimalist of essentials. It is nearly $200 a night and only has a dump station no sewer service. Of course, it's the only place to park an RV that's literally only 10 minutes from Manhattan by public transportation.

This place is convenient for anyone who wants to visit NY in their MH or TT. It's really basic and just a parking lot that services the marina. They do have security around the clock, but a few nights I had to let myself in through the gate. The Bathrooms were decently clean, but one of the showers was out of service, no biggie. We did do laundry here that was nice. Overall I would stay here again, but don't expect anything but a safe place to park and plug in. Also, no sewer at sites, they have 2 dump stations near the bath house.

Well kept. Safe. Restrooms and showers clean and water hot. Perfect location to avoid expensive NYC hotels. Took ferry to the city. Great value. Will stay here again!

Great little place to stay that is a hop, skip and jump away from New York city. Security was good, we felt safe there. Definitely would recommend this spot to anyone who wanted to visit the city in a RV.

Nice place for views of statue of liberty. Can't really see much of New York skyline. Grounds are ok, maybe 2 stars, very tight and weathered. However, closest your going to get to Manhattan. Ferry leaves right from there

A great spot to park and check out New York and Jersey. So close and the ferry ⛴ right there. I felt safe there and was able to stay away from the New York’s terrible roads!! A bit pricey but not as bad as San Francisco!! The 2 maned security booths gave me a lot of comfort. As a single woman travelling with my girls. I will stay again when back in that area! They had gravel sites and no sewer but they had a dump station. So if you are planning a long term visit, I recommend a hunny pot.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. I was a fun experience for us being from an acreage in Iowa. We felt safe and loved the location. The ladies working there couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Sites level, bathrooms clean and 24 hour security.

This place was decent. We travel a lot so sewar at our site isn't a deal killer. 30 minute walk to liberty park and good views! I really appreciate the cool welcome folder at check in with A LOT of good info. I took off 1 star because of the narrow sites. With slides on each side we are so close. Step out the trailer into the others site and can't put out awnings. I almost forgot, the wife really appreciated the security guard they had at night. We felt we were in a good area but the security guard helped her sleep better.
