Under new management for 2 years and improvements are being made. It’s nice in the front section and the landscaping adds to the overall appearance. We have a 40’ motorhome and tow behind. The park navigation and pad sites were tight for us. I would recommend this for smaller RVs and stay in the front of the park area. There is interstate noise. Site R4 in front of the office. Was our spot.

Honestly, I don’t see why this place has some bad reviews, if you’re tent camping this one is for you. A lot of the poor reviews are from people with fifth wheels and camper trailers and motorhomes so I guess I can’t speak for them, there’s nothing to complain about. there’s technically only one legitimate “deluxe tent” camping spot with a picnic table with a shelter over it, a light bulb and an outlet, like a previous reviewer said the outlets are worn out and you’re going to have to get stubborn to and figure out how to get anything to stay in. you can get a pizza delivered here, the firewood was a little wet but I just used a little bit of go go juice from my spare gas can, but six dollars for as much as you can carry, and yes, the tent camping spot is close to the interstate but if you wanted to camp far from the city then you wouldn’t be looking at KOA anyways and would be more resourceful… Motorcycle friendly no real off-road required, the stalls and the toilets are small so fattys are going to have trouble. I had a very nice stay, lots of squirrels,roly polys, daddy longlegs but no basketball people.

Great place to stay, clean and very quiet. Family friendly recreation area with a kids playground next to a nice big pool. Used the laundry area which has very decent prices for machines. On-site management and staff are all friendly and helpful.

Very nice location and excellent staff. Corinna was great. There were a couple of maintenance issues, but they were not a large problem. The bathrooms were very good.

It is a small RV resort. They have a few decent spots for big rigs. They need to trim trees as I had to basically drive into some empty spots to get out without hitting my roof. They got us into a spot but it seemed lucky even though we had a reservation. I would suggest calling and getting one of the spots in front of office if you have a big rig
