Very nice location and excellent staff. Corinna was great. There were a couple of maintenance issues, but they were not a large problem. The bathrooms were very good.

It is a small RV resort. They have a few decent spots for big rigs. They need to trim trees as I had to basically drive into some empty spots to get out without hitting my roof. They got us into a spot but it seemed lucky even though we had a reservation. I would suggest calling and getting one of the spots in front of office if you have a big rig

We only stayed here for one night but we appreciated the playground for the kids to move around after a long day of driving. I didn't see any other reviews about the playground so I wanted to let other parents know about it. The campground itself was nice and seemed well cared for. The only "negative" would be the noise from the highway. If you wanted to hang out outside, its a little noisy but inside our camper it wasn't noticeable. I would stay here again if we ever came through the area. Editing to add: we couldn’t get the wifi to work because it doesn't show up when you try to connect. The picnic tables do need some work.

Location accessibility was great and right off the HWY. Winter and very extreme cold and hazardous road conditions affected many things at the KOA, i.e. no running water hookup, no-wifi, snow covered RV pads and sewer hookup made it very difficult to locate. We got stuck in the snow at the KOA so had to call a wrecker service to pull us out so we could be on the snow covered RV pad. While the staff tried to help and other KOA customers, it would've been nice if the staff had been more prepared and solution oriented to clearing the snow in the KOA from just shoveling for "tire tracks"" to follow in the main entrance and RV pad (not shovel all the snow but enough so you could've seen the "tire tracks" or borrowing or renting small equipment to clear paths. Again not the entire KOA). January 2026 was one of the worst cold snaps, hazardous weather, extreme low temperatures and snow for the south historically!!! The staff did try (shovel and board planks) all they could to get us unstuck as temperatures were warming!! I had hoped for more future thinking on their part to seek alternative solutions to combat the KOA main entrance and RV pads. Male staffer appeared frustrated with us and impolite when we were leaving the next day and trying to find the sewer dump out at RV site!! Don't try to flip the narrative in your response. We weren't familiar with the site and attempted to follow a staff in his golf art to show us the way, he should of gotten out of the golf cart and guide us in. He took a wide an odd half circle and,, again, we didn't know what that meant except to turn earlier in the site. They are familiar with their sites... oh I forgot as they couldn't find the septic tank drain and the the employees were already having a difference of opinion on even where the RV site was. They were digging around with the shovel attempting to find the start of the RV site.

This is a great stop!! We had to extend our stay due to the ice storm. The staff was amazing Anthony and Corrina shoveling ice so it was safe to get to the facilities and that was no joke 5 inches of ice!!! James and Angel loaned us a propane tank off of their BBQ so we had heat. It was a rough 10 days and we are SO happy we landed here!! Its clean..beautiful park.. ice cream parlor.. however the staff takes the win!! Anthony and Corrina are so sweet, wish kids their age worked half as hard as they do!! Angel is so much fun, I just love his energy!!!! James is the good Ole boy you want on your side 10/10 we will miss them!

What a great stop. Very friendly and helpful! The sites are pull thru with plenty of concrete sites. Full hook up and room between site. They are working hard to keep improving this KOA. It has a small store and a great ice cream parlor! They decorated for Halloween and everyone that works there is SO FRIENDLY! We would tell everyone to stay and we will return.

I am very happy that I found this KOA. The hosts/day managers are wonderful!!! Everything was nice and clean and I enjoyed the ice cream social. My big "puppy " liked the dog park. After being on the road , it was nice to have a good clean shower. I am new to RVing and could not get the hose unhooked....he was very helpful to get it done for me. Its on my favorite list now

NOW i read the reviews, after the fact. I’d have to agree with all the negative ones…website wasn’t working well so we called in to make a reservation. We were told we had the last site available for a 38’ coach and tow (not true when we got there!) but that the sewage part of the full hookup package wasn’t working…dont even try it as you’ll be wearing sewage, that backed up. We only needed a night stay and are self contained so, we agreed. Upon checking in, i half jokingly said, so we got a discounted rate because the sewage isnt working. The older lady snapped “no hon, in the morning we can direct you to another site for you to hook up to and get rid of your grey/black tanks (one that doesn’t accommodate our size of a unit, never mind the nuisance of having to go to another site). AND, dont be parking on the grass. Okay…..Whatever….the older gentleman was nice enough, we usually unhitch the car and I drive ahead to make sure we’d fit and nothing unexpected is there that we’d get stuck, but he said, NOPE, he’s (pointing to my husband) actually going to follow me and then YOU will follow him. You will park behind him. Okay……we slid in, i parked sideways behind the coach (so much for website saying really large site). There was no grass to speak of. Whatever, we were just there for a night and thankful for a spot. Well, we were a rock throw from the I 430! So noisey, we could see traffic from out spot. so ask to be put on the other side of the park where at least the dump trucks front he gravel pit stop at a decent time lol. I agree that the place looked tired, the full timers neglect their units. The Tiffan next to us, very small spots btw had a cone over his sewage too? Anyways, we were glad for a stop over, but I agree, this is not KOA expectations in our opinion. We travelled all across Canada, now the USA, and this has got to be the worse one along with the only one on PEI. Glad we didnt get yelled at connecting our vehicle as others had…there’s no other safe spot to do this except just before leaving the park, the road just beyond the park has no shoulders, very unsafe.

I live in maumelle and have been going here for years to have my propane tanks filled!! A lot of people don’t realize they can fill up your tank more full, and cheaper than a trade in at wal mart or Kroger..: The new management has the place looking a lot cleaner and it’s a lot more inviting all around. I have never personally stayed at a KOA, but I would stay here.

Looking rundown in several areas. If allowing fulltimers at least make them clean up their assigned sites and maintain their RV's in good condition. Traffic from 430 is loud but that can't be helped and we still slept. Front of building was neat and clean. Behind building not so. Staff seemed nice but didn'tappear to do much work outside to maintain the KOA. Rakes can be bought just about anywhere to better maintain sites. Restrooms were clean. Laundry room looked like it was replacing some washing machines. Washers and dryers were clean. The run down part is from all the fulltimers there. Those sites were poorly maintained with some RV's exteriors dirty with awnings falling apart. Some sites had a bunch of junk laying around. Grass was high in one corner with a couple of brokedown/rundown trailers, or so they appeared. Pride in ownership goes a long way. Hope they work at cleaning it up and the fulltimers sites to keep it from looking rundown.

This is a great place to camp if you have a camper or RV. Pets are welcome. Two different areas to take your pets to let the off the leash fenced in. Has a very nice restroom and shower building connected to the front office!! Has pool for the summer time. Plenty of spots to pull up in your RV..

We have stayed here before most of the time it's for one night as we travel through to a different state. It's a very cute and quaint campsite the main sites are kept clean. The dog relief area leaves a lot to be desired there's really no grass to speak of it's not graded well but there were bags and place to dispose. We never got to go to the pool because they closed the pool at 7:00 which is a bummer. They have a okay bathroom hand laundry facility. Staff was very helpful. We would stay here again.

Avoid the Little Rock North KOA!!! We faced harassment from the employees, verbal and physical abuse, who were rude and aggressive in front of our minor son. While trying to hook up our jeep the staff yelled and cursed at us insisting it was against the rules, see attached photo below though this isn’t mentioned in their materials. Our camping spot was too tight to exit easily so we needed to unhook and follow my husband to the exit to reconnect the jeep safely .They were insisted to hook up on a public road, which where we would be unsafe! Even the manager she was yelling and cursing at us, despite our assurance that it would only take 2 minutes and we told them we will move if there’s vehicle behind us. During that time nobody came! We just wanted to hook up our vehicle safely, but the employees were rude and unhelpful and continue to curse at us. Attached the photo of the map/rules and one of the staff who attacked us. The manager who refused to give her name although asked repeatedly. We left the park and pray for them and will never return to this KOA. Wow!!! We have never experienced treatment like this at the KOA. As we have stayed in maybe a hundred and we were always allowed to hook up safely in the park.

We only stayed one night. We booked one site…a pull through that was plenty large enough to accommodate our 30’ Class C and our Subaru with a small enclosed trailer. The staff made us pay for a second site for the car and trailer. We had a good 8 feet in front and 10 feet behind our rig. They said that we couldn’t fit everything in one site but that was NOT true. There was a huge Class A on one side and a huge 5th wheel on the other. Both of those along with their trucks was longer than all 3 of ours!!! This place likes to up charge people. The park is sad and needs to be cleaned up. We won’t be back!!! Oh and there’s the highway sounds all night and construction during the day. Definitely don’t recommend!!!
