We camped there in February, 2024. We loved it. It was quiet and everyone who works there are so nice. So we are heading back there again.

I was more disappointed this time. First the hot water did not come on and I had no idea the switch for it was behind a towel. Second the toilet never worked great. The lady tried to fix it but it would still keep running until I jiggled the handle. The cabin was not as clean as the other times that I had been there. There was definitely mold on the shower doors. It also seems that some of the cabins needed a little TLC.

We love Cottage #71 at Live Oak Landing! It really feels like you are getting two vacations in one with all the luxury camping vibes at LOL while being a short drive to the most beautiful beaches along 30A. Kim and the LOL office staff are absolutley amazing and helpful! This is truly our happy place and can't wait to go back soon!

Great location, clean, nice pool and you can moor your boat at the dock and there's parking for your trailer. We loved staying in the "tiny house" and it is so quiet here, nothing but birds and cicadas to listen to. Prices are very affordable and this place beats the heck out of a hotel room. Definitely will return.

Horrible experience when our A/C went out. They tried to bring in a small portable AC to cool the entire cabin. We were moved to a different cabin not water front. Zero compensation offered while we lost an entire night due to moving cabins. Very disappointing in how the staff didn’t even offer to refund one night. How incredibly greedy this place is.
