We made a quick stop & stayed in a cottage on our road trip. 24B was perfect for us and our dog! Clean, well appointed & just far enough off the main road but close to everything we needed. We would stay again!

Live Oak Landing is one of our favorite RV Parks. Awesome Location. Out of the hustle and bustle but close to everything. Beautiful waterfront facility. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful… they go the extra mile.

This RV Resort has all the amenities you need! Great set up. Easy to navigate your rig. Extras include nice pool, games in the pavilion, washers & dryers, boat ramp, etc. Great place to stay a night or two or an extended period. BIG dog park, and lots of space to walk your fur-kid around the park! If you RV, check it this Resort!!

RV Site stay……we enjoyed several days at Live Oak Landing. It is a very quiet and peaceful location near the water and convenient to shopping/restaurants. Santa Rosa and Grayton Beach are a short drive away, and PCB and Destin are within an hours drive. Our 70 ft, pull-thru site was a concrete pad and very level. The site included a fire pit and picnic table, and onsite trash pickup was provided. The RV/tiny home park was well maintained and onsite restrooms were clean. It appeared that some people may live here full-time; however, none of the sites were junky looking as in other parks where people live FT. Would definitely stay here again! Only complaint: The management sent an email letting us know the lawn company would be onsite the day we left. They arrived that morning as we were preparing to leave. One of the grounds crew using a leaf blower walked up and stood right next to my husband who was putting something in one of our RV compartments and revved the blower. Later, as I was loading something in our truck, a guy on a riding mover pulled up in the grassy area next to our truck and rode right up next to where I was standing blowing debris on me and inside our truck. If you are staying there on a lawn maintenance day, just know the lawn care company has no regard for you or your personal property.

A delightful mix of coastal/cajun swamp beauty. We enjoyed the canal front trail with the sunset on one side and the up lit Spanish moss draped Live Oak trees. Only 20 minutes from the sugar white sand and emerald green water of 30-A., and our favorite bar, Redd’s Pub on Hwy 98. The FHU, level concrete campsites will accommodate any size, from big rigs down to small travel trailers. The pool is always clean and beautiful. There is a pavilion building that includes a bathhouse and laundry facilities. There are also games and vending machines. At the clubhouse, you will find a screened in porch, laundry facilities, and more bathroom/shower facilities. Everything is clean and well maintained. If you are a boater, there is a well maintained boat ramp and plenty of parking for your boat. They also rent boats, canoes, and kayaks. No camper, no problem! They have the cutest little cabins scattered around the park. There is something for everyone! We have enjoyed this park on 5 different trips.

Beautiful riverfront view in Cottage 12. It's peaceful and a wonderful place to stargaze.

It’s my own fault. I didn’t learn my lesson from our stay at the RVC Outdoors campground at Lake Catherine in Arkansas. Live Oak Landing is not worth $100 a night. There are not enough amenities to justify that rate. Especially when the monthly site neighbors next door are paying $30 a night for the same amenities. We won’t be wasting money on RVC Outdoors anymore.

Been to Live Oak Landing multiple times. Have stayed in large pull through rv site, back in site and even stayed in one cottage. The grounds are nice, the facilities great, staff is kind courteous and knowledgeable. Cottage was well kept and fully stocked. The housekeeping staff are very detail oriented. The park is very kid friendly, Dog friendly provided on leash, and quiet. WiFi and cable worked great every time I was there. The only downside I can come up with is “the park needs outdoor lighting”. It gets very dark and makes it difficult when walking pets during the evening. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Jacklyn and housekeeper Donna

The tiny houses/cabins are unbelievably well maintained, fully stocked, and really clean. They appear to be pretty new construction. By far one of the best RV parks we’ve ever visited. Thanks to the owners/managers for creating (and maintaining) such a great experience for their guests.
