If they put you between 2 full timers, you will have problems. They're used to having all that room. They will call the police on you. Don't go here, you may have to pack up and leave at any time. So disappointed in the management

Could be a very nice place if it wasn’t for the rude, unprofessional management staff. I have seen numerous complaints about the manager going back years, so I don’t see this improving. As long as you don’t ask a question, or God forbid, have a complaint or issue, you might get out without being threatened. The full time residents and the manager make you feel like you are in back woods of Deliverance.

Feels like home. Great play area for kids. Access to lake for boats with slips. Well taken care of property. Very kid friendly establishment. Very friendly staff and neighbors. We keep a place here year round.

I booked a campsite about a 8 days prior to my intended stay. I was asked for a credit card number to hold my reservation with the understanding that they were not charging me until arrival. However, they charged my card in advance. I called to cancel several days before my projected arrival date because rain is in the forecast. I asked for a refund and they refused. They mentioned a 10 day cancellation policy if you are booked on a holiday. I never gave them permission to charge my card and I couldn’t give a 10 day cancellation notice because I only scheduled 8 days prior to my intended date of arrival. I told them all of this but they still refused.

They make absolutely no exceptions if you work. They strictly cater to the ones that live and buy property there. You will not get a deposit back, they will make sure you have to pay your deposit plus extra. I am so glad we were only there a short time. I have never been as dissatisfied with any campground and in our past 26 years of working on the road and staying at different campgrounds all over the southern states, this is only the 2nd time I have felt like I needed to leave a negative review. It is crowded and over priced, for the campground. The people that have left good reviews must obviously live there or be related to someone. The 5 mph speed limit is strictly enforced unless you work there, the guys that work there and drive the golf carts around literally fly. I respect all rules at every campground but rules should apply to all people staying at the campground. If you can stay somewhere else, you definitely should. It's obvious the owner is never on site or he would notice the sketchy people who hang around.

Wooded and spacious. Nothing fancy but quiet and has good water access and new boat skips. Full hookups. Helps to have a golf cart for moving around. Clubhouse/kitchen/pool is nice. Bathrooms need improvement.

Bath house is very out dated. Like a 1970 high school gym locker room. No wifi and cell phone kinda works. 12 miles to any real food and any shopping. Free fishing and paddel boats in pond . boats are not in very good shape and life jackets have never ben cleaned so bring your own. Ther is no dog area.

My husband sent me to look at an RV park in Alpine and I found this one instead. Immediately fell in love with the hospitality and friendliness of the staff and full time residents. So much in fact that we rented a space for a year for our camper. They have a very nice pool and a private beach area for campers. Very secure campground and well maintained.

Very nice RV Resort! They have a nice pool and a beach area on Lake Logan Martin as well as paddle boats on the smaller private lake. Staff was all very friendly, especially the park manager. My only complaint was about a family that came in our last full day and camped across from us. They kept walking through our site right next to our 5th wheel and truck when we had empty sites on both sides. However, most of the guests were very friendly.

Nice setting approximately 30 minutes from Pell City Al. and 30 minutes from Talladega Superspeedway. Friendly staff. Needs a Dog Park/Walk and all sites need raised water hookups. Our water hookup was located approximately 6 inches below ground level. While it is posted all pets must be on a leash the permanent campers do what they want and we were accosted by loose dogs at least 3 times. Communication from Resort could also be better. My email was registered with site yet they did not bother to advise me there was a no burn order so I could not even use my gas grill.
