The staff needs some training on customer service, not friendly or helpful at all. Sewer was backing up at our site, the girl at the front desk didn't even know what a sewer was. The guy who could supposedly fix it acted like we were an inconvenience, and never showed up to look at it. I did like the eucalyptus trees, not much else.

We overnight here and greeted by Ruben. Easy check in and he made us feel welcomed right away. Large level spot near the back with good water pressure. This is our first time here and I think this is a good overnight option on I5 on way to LA. Very quiet at night. I read a previous review of strong odor but didn’t smell any. At the time we went in August there were no flies or anything either. We think it’s a great overnight option for this last stretch on I5 before LA and will stay again. Next morning Ruben came over to help us with our slide top awning; he graciously helped us for 45mins in the August heat and loaned us his ladder and tools to make the repair. Thanks very much Ruben we appreciate you so much!

There is an Indian food truck right near the office. I give that 5 stars! It was nice to be able to get dinner right there on the premises. The food truck is open at 9am, so we went back and got another meal for the road. We stop here every year. It's quiet. The showers are dated, but the water is nice and warm with good water pressure. I love to visit the goats that live alongside the property. Lost Hills KOA is always a pleasant stop for us.

My husband and I are traveling to Texas we have a 33ft. Fifth wheel. We had a pull through spot that allowed us to stay connected to our truck. Oddly quiet for being close to the interstate. Definitely will return to it 😊. Easy peasy in and out

We stayed here for one night because there are so few options along this stretch of I-5. Crossing our fingers we pulled in hoping it would be a pleasant place to possibly extend for another day. Well, as soon as we pulled in we knew it was NOT a place we’d be extending our stay at. First impression was definitely not great, and there was a terrible odor outside. We figured out that it is next door to some kind of treatment plant. It was almost unbearable. The odor brought along with it flies galore!!!! GALORE!!! Plus the swimming pool was absolutely disgusting. Only about 1/3 full of water and it was greenish/brownish and nasty!!! All in all if I’d been able to I would have requested a refund and left to find another spot for the night. One night was too long!

Poorly maintained hookups. Note the 30A socket is pressed in so far that my plug would not fit. Lucky that I had a 50A adapter. The breakers are loose. The sewer connection is recessed (see picture) so you can't get your adapter in. In the picture you can see the sewer is completely backed up. The smell is horrible. This KOA is basically a gravel lot with some scrawny trees. Excessive noise from all the big rigs nearby idling all night. Our site was blasted by a pole mounted security light. Tractors started laying gravel and leveling the site roads early... 7:30 am! Pool is not operational. I would not recommend this KOA.

I really like this KOA. It's very clean. The staff was easy to deal with. The location is near lots of food and fuel. It's a great place to stop over night on your way up or down I5.

We stayed last night, I am so impressed with the improvements. Excellent work is being done at this park. We have been stopping here for years and can honestly say we are looking forward to the next time we stay. Office staff is excellent. Keep up the great work.
