Camped this last weekend for a visit to the Willa Cather Historic sites and found Lovewell had a reservation system. We tent camped with electrical and were impressed with the facilities. I would recommend for anyone that loves to camp, fish and take in the wide open prairies of KS.

We've had a trailer in Twin Cove since 1969. I'm so happy that no matter what changes in life, everyone I come back here.... it feels the same. Better come prepared though!! Marina had essential limited supplies. Don't forget to get your park sticker on the way in at the welcome center.

I went winter camping here, it was great, the view was great, and the camping spots were in great shape. My only complaint would be that the bathrooms were a little far from the camping spots. Otherwise a great place for camping. Even in the winter.
