Best rv park in the area. Wifi is not that good, but grass at every spot w/full hookups. I will return. Daryl the maintenance man/grounds keeper helped me out with my trailer. He is very resourceful.

We came on a family vacation with our 7 year old son. We chose this place because it had a pool. The pool is broken and our 7 year old is heartbroken. We asked if we could check out early with a refund so we can go somewhere else with a pool but were told we could not get a refund once we checked in. We weren't advised the pool was broken prior to check in which we don't believe is fair. Oh well, we will make the best of it.

I enjoy this park when I visit. To be noted though, when it's been raining as is it often does here, the sites can pool up with water quite a bit. There's not much to be done with the situation. But it could be good to know for travelers.

Second year in a row we sought out this place as a transient stop on our way back north. It’s a good spot. Office staff always friendly. Sites always roomy. We’d stay here again if circumstances repeat themselves next year. The Mexican restaurant right next door is an excellent bonus! Yum!!

Check-in was easy. Laundry, showers, and restrooms were clean. All staff were very friendly. Our location was perfect for easy in and out (we used our RV as transportation). Also, it is easy on and off highway. In addition, there was a very good mexican restaurant just outside the entrance and a 24-hour restaurant located behind the park serving very good breakfast, lunch, dinner, and baked goods. Both are within walking distance.

Nice facility with clean bathrooms/showers. Employees were very friendly. Wifi worked well and close to some restaurants and shops. Only downside is that it's close to the 101 so there is a fair amount of traffic noise at night.

I moved in here almost 3 months ago as a long term rental. Everyone in the office is also so very helpful!! From moving in to helping with anything that is needed!! I absolutely love living here. So quiet and beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend this park for short or long term living!!!

Love loved my experience here, super cool staff, that invite you in as Family, treating people with kindness & consideration. The site has a store & laundry, restrooms, showers, spacious rv sites, with full hook ups, well kept, pet friendly grounds (kindly tidy up after your critters). Each staff member i had encountered was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable of the area, which is conveniently located near beach access & highway 101 if the traveler would like to visit some redwood parks & trail hiking areas to the north or south. There are many options for the hungry travelers with restaurants & fast food within walking distance even a nice grocery store to restock the pantry... Thank you so much for a comfortable & relaxing stay at your park :)

Great, helpful staff! Myself & several other fire evacuated families from No Cal fires given spaces here and helpful rates. Perfect location close to everything in region. Clean, spacious sites, laundry facility, pool & hot tub,couldn't ask for more/better of a RV park. Thank you Mad River for making a stressful time a "vacation" for us. Will definately return soon.
