Nice facilities, helpful staff, clean bathrooms, beautiful pool and hot tub. Nice pool table and little General store. They've always been very accommodating and I've enjoyed all my stays there

Just stayed 4/18/26. Staff was excellent,  cleanest RV laundry I have ever seen. The game room was super clean also! Loved the fact they had a (hot!!!) year round hottub!
Was a bit nervous about the amount of houseless, however, they seemed to avoid the RV park. Will come back!

Wonderful people and wonderful place to stay short term or long term.
We stayed 6 months and loved how kind and caring and trustworthy the staff are.
Enjoyed the hot tub which they kept clean and at temperature.
Always beautifully landscaped.
Will be telling our friends that this is a great place to stay.

Clean, quiet park, pool and spa, kids play area with horseshoe pit and BBQ area, Mini mart Office, Mexican food next door. Yasha was very helpful.

I appreciate this park very much; it's lovely, reliable, and affordable. I do furnish my own internet, but the laundry and bathroom facilities are wonderful. The staff are kind and they have daily landscaping/maintenance. My neighbors are wonderful, as well. They have helped me to feel at home. Thank you.

After a harrowing night practically on a cliff, the flat, near level, paved spot here was a very welcome sight!!  The area was quiet and had charming areas with beautiful flowering plants.  Exceptionally clean and well kept!

Conveniently located off Hwy 101.  The park was very clean and spacious sites.  Bathroom and shower areas were clean.  Plenty of great amenities and even a pool.  The store was fully stocked with lots of options. Will definitely be back in the future.

Staff were wonderful and check in easy.

We had RV reservations here since January.  When we got there, there was no attendant as they were out for lunch.  Once someone came in, we were told all 50 amp sites were taken by full timers or residents!  Our deposit, thankfully was refunded.  The place looks like a dump.  Does not look like anything like the picture s in the CA camping guide!

Best rv park in the area. Wifi is not that good, but grass at every spot w/full hookups. I will return. Daryl the maintenance man/grounds keeper helped me out with my trailer. He is very resourceful.

We came on a family vacation with our 7 year old son. We chose this place because it had a pool. The pool is broken and our 7 year old is heartbroken. We asked if we could check out early with a refund so we can go somewhere else with a pool but were told we could not get a refund once we checked in. We weren't advised the pool was broken prior to check in which we don't believe is fair. Oh well, we will make the best of it.

Love loved my experience here, super cool staff, that invite you in as Family, treating people with kindness & consideration. The site has a store & laundry, restrooms, showers, spacious rv sites, with full hook ups, well kept, pet friendly grounds (kindly tidy up after your critters). Each staff member i had encountered was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable of the area, which is conveniently located near beach access & highway 101 if the traveler would like to visit some redwood parks & trail hiking areas to the north or south. There are many options for the hungry travelers with restaurants & fast food within walking distance even a nice grocery store to restock the pantry...

Great, helpful staff! Myself & several other fire evacuated families from No Cal fires given spaces here and helpful rates. Perfect location close to everything in region. Clean, spacious sites, laundry facility, pool & hot tub,couldn't ask for more/better of a RV park. Thank you Mad River for making a stressful time a "vacation" for us. Will definately return soon.

Excellent place to spend a week. Great staff. Well maintained

Asphalt pads with grass between sites. Big shade trees. Close by to your neighbors, but room to move. Long enough for the trailer & truck. Lots of permanent residences that have stuff outside. Very helpful office staff. Cute shopping area. Restaurants etc. Back in & pull through sites, 30 & 50 amp. Cable (lots of channels). WiFi (slow), 4g Verizon, pool, spa, laundry, store.
