I bought a double wide a little over a year ago here. I have not had any troubles at all. The office people are friendly and my move in process was quick and convenient. They have had a couple community events that were fun and nice to be a part of. We entered the Christmas light decoration contest and got second place. It was nice we got discounted rent for one month so it was worth it and it was fun. The maintenance man had a key to me withing the hour of reporting to him I lost my mailbox key. So far so good.no major complaints

Want to give a shout out to loot the maintenance man. He has done a wonderful job with his work and communication with us. He is on time and finishes the projects he starts. 5 stars to you loot! Still 3 stars for some reasons like not being able to shoot fireworks at home and our rent keeps going up but the place has been getting nicer and I might change my review again soon. Also Jill at the office is one of the best people I have worked with. She actually cares about the residents here and it shows with every conversation. She has went above and beyond to make sure we are happy and taken care of. Thank you jill!

I have lived here for 3 years and I love it! The office staff is amazing! Rosie and Susie both are always so helpful! The maintenance staff is just as amazing! Whenever something needs to be fixed they always go as fast as they can to fix or replace what needs to be fixed. Scott, Steve and Lute are the most amazing maintenance guys I've delt with while living here. I am very happy with how my community! Not to mention your summer pool staff people are awesome as well. They put on so many events for the kids AND adults! Always look forward to what fun stuff your pool manager plans!!!

The phone's service was convenient enough and the people were superfriendly.The only issue I have is the prices for their mobile homes. When I explained that I'm disabled in my price range is limited.The lady straight up Informed me that even their one bedrooms won't be cheaper than nine hundred a month. I don't know if they have luxury mobile homes or not but they're charging luxury prices.If you're looking for a mobile home like me because you can't afford the exorbitant Housing and apartment prices don't come here , it's the same.
