I bought a double wide a little over a year ago here. I have not had any troubles at all. The office people are friendly and my move in process was quick and convenient. They have had a couple community events that were fun and nice to be a part of. We entered the Christmas light decoration contest and got second place. It was nice we got discounted rent for one month so it was worth it and it was fun. The maintenance man had a key to me withing the hour of reporting to him I lost my mailbox key. So far so good.no major complaints

I have lived here for 3 years and I love it! The office staff is amazing! Rosie and Susie both are always so helpful! The maintenance staff is just as amazing! Whenever something needs to be fixed they always go as fast as they can to fix or replace what needs to be fixed. Scott, Steve and Lute are the most amazing maintenance guys I've delt with while living here. I am very happy with how my community! Not to mention your summer pool staff people are awesome as well. They put on so many events for the kids AND adults! Always look forward to what fun stuff your pool manager plans!!!

The phone's service was convenient enough and the people were superfriendly.The only issue I have is the prices for their mobile homes. When I explained that I'm disabled in my price range is limited.The lady straight up Informed me that even their one bedrooms won't be cheaper than nine hundred a month. I don't know if they have luxury mobile homes or not but they're charging luxury prices.If you're looking for a mobile home like me because you can't afford the exorbitant Housing and apartment prices don't come here , it's the same.

The new maintenance manager is the reason this place will no longer be upkept or getting repairs done promptly, efficiently. He is to busy chasing around the other employees recording them, shaming them..ect for "not doing their job" Too bad he isnt around to fill the shoes of the employee he shamed now that hes gone. I will wait for you to fill VOID of the employee whom passed. He worked tirelessly to get the makereadys done asap. that way the next person could move right in. So much so he had a heart attack at work. The man who was over worked, underpaid and treated poorly by this company. Oh yea don't forget he had been there for YEARS before the not so pleasant maintenance manager took charge may he now RIP and may the company learn how to treat future employees!!! One of the other maintenance men happen to even reside at the property where a shooting occurred on gaslight lane. Think twice before you rent from this company unless you want police and trouble Pretty sure these photos speak for themselves. This is what you see as you pull into the park. Looks alot like a junk yard!! But it's actually the company's storage!!

There is no parking for guests because the only parking there is on the street no wheelchair ramps

The best mobile park in Lincoln. The new homes are all fresh and clean and the maintenance workers are too notch and take care of any problem with the new home promptly.

Have been trying for weeks to contact anyone about availability or prices and it is impossible to reach anyone. Have emailed, called(multiple numbers), left voicemails, they read my facebook message with no reply. Was excited to see what they had to offer but super disappointed in how they run so far.

DO NOT RENT HERE it’s expensive for trash and the property is not kept at all. Had to call and complain several times about people parking on our yard and the way the community was disgusting. You overpay for garbage. When we moved out we cleaned and painted everything but somehow they “found” a way to take an additional $225 dollars out of our deposit. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Save your time, money, and yourself a headache and stay away. I cannot believe I spent a year of my life at this dump. The water is off almost every week and they rarely get back to you in a timely manner with anything.
