Marin RV Park is a family-friendly RV park located in Greenbrae, California. The park is situated on a hillside overlooking the San Francisco Bay and offers stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Marin Headlands. The park offers a variety of amenities, including full hookups, a heated pool, a playground, a clubhouse, and a laundry facility. The park also offers a variety of activities, such as fishing, biking, and hiking. The park is conveniently located near shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Great staff. Minimalist sites, but can’t say enough about the amazing hospitality. Stayed here 10 years ago while my wife and unborn child underwent a highly invasive fetal surgery in San Fransisco and had to stay for roughly 3 months. We are from So. Cal but the staff made every accommodation to make my other daughter and I feel at home. This little campsite holds a special place in my heart.

The location is a bit intimidating however for ease of access into the city there is a Ferry station nearby. The parking is very close to your neighbour so when opening your slides you feel as if your are encroaching. The park itself is all you would need as far as having a shower or doing your laundry. It is more than adequate for a short visit.

Great location, minutes walk from the Larkspur ferry. There’s also a Trader Joe’s walking distance.  I had a celebration of life to attend to on the San Francisco Bay.   I had a quick turnaround and needed to place the RV earlier than check-in. Tina at the front desk was super helpful. She was very clear in explaining everything that they have to offer. They were able to give me guidance on local attractions and the ferry and everything. It was clean, well managed and very safe. If you’re looking to stop in the bay and want to make a trip to San Francisco, I recommend this place as you do not have to deal with driving and parking in the city.  You can take the ferry in!  I was in a rush and did not get any good photos. I want to add that the slab is level and the hook ups were clean and well maintained.

Will return if we're back in the area! Great place to stay! Large laundry room that is well kept, heated pool until Nov 1st, and very kind staff!

Great stay with easy access to San Francisco via Lakspur ferry.   Basic gravel sites without much room and no picnic tables would normally reduce my rating, but being close to San Francisco, a heated pool, super clean facilities and friendly staff more than makes up.   Definately a 5 star stay.   Laundry is super super clean, but pricey.

Marin RV Park is all about location and convenience. Situated on the sunny side of San Francisco, it offers great access to the Bay Area — with San Francisco just 30 minutes away by ferry (a really enjoyable ride across the bay). For beach lovers, Rodeo Beach is only about 30 minutes away, and Stinson Beach can be reached in around 45 minutes.
The park itself is fairly basic. It’s more like a large parking lot than a traditional campground, and there aren’t any benches or extra space allocated per RV site. Being right next to the highway makes it easy to access, and there are grocery stores nearby for quick stops. On the plus side, the park does have a pool, which is a nice bonus after a day of exploring.
Overall, Marin RV Park is not the most scenic or spacious option, but if you’re looking for a practical, well-located base to explore San Francisco and the Marin area, it does the job well.

Worst place in the world!
It’s a big parking lot where vehicles get super close to each others. Zero privacy.
No shades.
Poor infrastructure. Bathroom and toilets are locked with codes and I didn’t receive it by email as agreed during reservation.
Location is close to a highway and noise didn’t let us sleep.
For our sake we spent just one night there and that was a complete nightmare.
We drove away as early as we could in the following morning.
Also, it says it’s the closest to SF for those who want to park there and take public transportation downtown which I do not agree. There are better options in the S part of SF much closer, convenient and better that this.
Avoid it!!!!!

A terrific find.  An RV park in the Bay Area that still keeps spaces open for daily rentals.  Most places are jammed full of full time residents these days.  A beautiful spot right on the bay bordering a wildlife preserve.  Staff is super friendly, reservations are easy the make, and facilities are very clean and comfortable.  They even have a dog washing station.
It is a short walk to the Larkspur ferry terminal if you want to go to SF, as well as the SMART train terminal if you want to go north.  But the best part is the wildlife preserve where you can hike right to the edge of the water.

The staff was nice and it was convenient. Those are the only 2 good things about this park. The sites we chose were changed because we picked sites for RV's with slides on both sides, but the sites we were put in were so small it was extremely difficult to back into- our neighbor had to move his truck to give us room!- an we couldn't even put our awning out. We had trouble with the electricity, the manager got it to work enough so the a/c came on, but our slide-out wouldn't because the power wasn't strong enough. The sewer connection was all the way behind the camper and farther than a normal hose. Because we had no space inside, we opted to use the park bathrooms. I have no words to describe the horrible bathrooms. The shower had a frosted piece of glass between them and were virtually see-through. And dirty. I cannot recommend this park. It was such a disappointment!

After the worst day EVER on the road, this campground saved us and turned it around!
The young lady that checked us in (I wish I knew her name!) is so sweet, gave me some tips on things to do, & even made sure we were settled in before she left for the day.
Anyone complaining on it being too expensive or cramped has apparently never stayed at a campground so close to a major city. You want a bunch of amenities & more space to frolick? Go find a campground 2 hours away from the city.
Of course I would want it to be a little more affordable and within our budget but it's a perfect place to park it when all we want to do is explore the beautiful San Francisco area!
Our 40' fifth wheel & huge truck fit just fine but we were offered a seperate truck parking spot as a courtesy.

All the people were soo nice. It was super safe. Never had to worry about packages or a kids bike being taken. Park is small and RVs are close together. There was 39" between our slide & the neighbors. But its all about location location location!!! Just minutes from the beautiful Golden Gate bridge & all that San Francisco & the rest of the bay area has to offer!!! I'd recommend to everyone..

We stayed here for 8 weeks. The spots are tiny, especially for the price, and we missed being able to hang out right outside of our camper. No room to set up chairs, a table, or even put your awning out. The bathrooms and laundry area were always clean, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the walking trails, and made lots of friends here! They were very accommodating with giving us a spot for our 2nd vehicle. If we’re ever back in the area, we would absolutely stay again.

Gem in the rough for sure!    This place is a great place to park in the city.   On the edge f city stuff and there are hiking opportunities right there.   Easy access to the city.   Clean, nice restrooms.   Well organized, helpful staff.   Thanks for a great stay
