Beautiful place with lots of trails nearby. No hookups at our site but we knew that. Clean bathrooms and potable water. If you aren’t used to the altitude, be sure to acclimate first. Depending on when you go, you will need to plan to wear layers. We went in July. It can get hot during the day but cold at night. Also, if you hike around water, you will need bug spray. And of course, always wear sunscreen!

Loved this campground! Theres some neat little hikes, the water flowing through the campground was delightful and the wild flowers were beautiful. The bathrooms remained clean, the campground was quiet and the camp hosts saved the day when my husband accidently locked his keys in the car. Would definitely recommend this campground..you wont be dissapointed!

Nice campground in the forest. During our stay very quiet and calm which was a very nice start of our three week trip in the USA. Pit toilet hadn't been emptied for a while and was not very clean. Therefore 4 stars.

nice campground. bathrooms are extremely clean and well maintained. we saw a fox at the campground and moose nearby. site 29 was spacious & convenient access to the bathrooms and dumpsters. firewood is available at the camp host for a donation. not much shade at the campground in general.
