Beautiful place with lots of trails nearby. No hookups at our site but we knew that. Clean bathrooms and potable water. If you aren’t used to the altitude, be sure to acclimate first. Depending on when you go, you will need to plan to wear layers. We went in July. It can get hot during the day but cold at night. Also, if you hike around water, you will need bug spray. And of course, always wear sunscreen!

I love this campground. It is beautiful with a lovely trail that is an easy hike. Only 30 minutes from Saratoga, WY with some delicious local restaurants and a free hot springs with warm showers.

Loved this campground! Theres some neat little hikes, the water flowing through the campground was delightful and the wild flowers were beautiful. The bathrooms remained clean, the campground was quiet and the camp hosts saved the day when my husband accidently locked his keys in the car. Would definitely recommend this campground..you wont be dissapointed!

Nice campground in the forest. During our stay very quiet and calm which was a very nice start of our three week trip in the USA. Pit toilet hadn't been emptied for a while and was not very clean. Therefore 4 stars.

Very minimal campsite with a picnic table, campfire pit, and access to restrooms. Other than that it is whatever you bring with you! Simplicity is not a bad thing, really nice to keep it simple. Sometimes. At $10 a night it's a great value. There are quite a few dogs and families with young kids here. A mixture of tents and campers among the camp sites. We stayed in campsite 33 which has great access to the restrooms and dumpsters just 30 yards away. It is a back in campsite. There are also pull through campsites if you prefer.

Generally very good for a less developed USFS campground, quiet at night, great sky views, clean pit toilets. Nicely spaced campsites and trees, good spot for our tent. But there IS NO RUNNING WATER: there are pumps, but they appear to have been locked for years, and past reviews indicate this. Closest water seems to be several miles away near the USFS visitor center. During the day you regularly hear ATVs in the area.

It's a very well kept camp ground. The bathrooms are always clean. It's a beautiful spot. Best experience.

Enjoyed my stay here! I was in spot #7 and would recommend it as it's close to the bathroom (which were clean!) and you only have neighbors on one side (though, it looks like quite a bit of trees have recently been cut down, so you don't have much privacy between you and them). I had full bars of 3G service with Sprint/TMobile, which was enough to send out texts and probably make calls, but that's it.

Beautiful spot in the mountains. Babbling brook nearby. Very peaceful!
