Stayed here for the night on our way through Memphis. The staff is friendly and helpful. I think they could actually use more help during peak times. We ordered off the menu and they delivered to our trailer. Food was very good. Had the pulled pork nachos and sandwich. They provide you with ear plugs to help with the traffic noise. They are conveniently located right off the interstate. I little confusing to get to if North bound on I55. Must go up and over the over- pass and go back south.

We had a reservation - very busy place. The front desk person was super helpful and nice. Rate was higher than most KOA's but they had food, showers,Landry and delivery of their home made food to your site. This was a very well ran place . Enjoyef it. We will stay here again next trip through.

Great staff. We arrived in late January and the week prior they had a snow and ice storm which made their roads and sites a bit tricky. They had most of the areas plowed but we still couldnt manuever to and in to our site. They didnt hesitate to get on a plow and make our area wider so we could make turns safer. They also shoveled areas by our door and patio side. Friendly staff and we will return when passing through again.

Perfect area next to Hot Springs, easy to get to the National park. Beautiful tree covered spots. We stayed up close around the entrance. Beautiful view out our windows. Entrance is a little tight for big rigs, but we were able to take it slow and did fine at 43ft.

Great cabin & friendly staff! Our Kamping Kabin had a refrigerator, microwave, tv, A/C, heater, and a tower fan!!! There is quite a bit of road noise but they gave us ear plugs which was thoughtful. The only thing I prefer are the updated individual bathroom stalls at some KOAs. But I definitely recommend and I would definitely go back.

Near a highway but we were placed behind the store, we didnt hear the road noise. Nice pull through sites if you are on the longer side like we are, I would highly recommend calling to get into a site that fits your size. I booked for a smaller site and the front desk attendant caught it right away letting me know it will be tight so she moved us to a bigger site which was much more accomidating. Sites are tight but we managed to put out all 3 of our slides without taking our neighbors campside. Thank you for accomidating us for the night.

I’m traveling cross country and tent camping at KOAs along the way. They are not made equal. I paid 45 for a super tent spot in Arizona that included a privacy fence, private sink, a huge lot, and three picnic tables and I paid 30 in Oklahoma for an oversized shaded spot surrounded by trees…and then there is this place. I spent 55 dollars to literally camp next to the highway. When I say it sounded like a freight train, it is because there is a literal freight train that goes by, along with non stop semis. Why in the world would you ever put your few tent camping spots right by the highway on your property? It’s also right by the entrance to the property so the headlights of any incoming lights will greet you as well. I understand camping is more primitive than traveling by RV, but for this price, I was expecting at the very least to be able to sleep. This should have been 20 dollars max, especially considering the photo on your website of this campsite is incredibly deceiving. I’m not kidding when I say it was so loud my noise canceling headphones cancel out more on an airplane then they did at this campsite. Maybe if you have an RV with five layers of insulation you could get a peaceful night sleep here. If you’re camping, go elsewhere. Especially for that price. On the bright side this was the only KOA that texted me information. But good customer service does not outweigh terrible location.

One of the friendliest KOAs we’ve been to with a barbeque menu and on site delivery. Had the dinner option which was tasty. Site was ok, park was fine but a little dusty, otherwise well cared for. Some of the reviews mentioned the road noise, but probably 50% of RV parks are next to highways, so we travel with a noise maker and have no trouble sleeping. Recommend this one.

We’ve been in the Long Term Sites for 2 years now, as we’re truck drivers & our company has a terminal nearby. It’s great after being on the road for a month at a time to have a place to call home. The staff are amazing! We don’t have to worry while we’re away for long stretches, as the staff & other LT residents help look out for each other. The lots are surrounded by trees w/ grass & are well taken care of by the staff. We forget we’re in a park because of the surroundings & separation from other trailers. It’s awesome! We have a paved parking pad, that’s large enough for our vehicle & for our fire pit w/chairs. Plus, we still have tons of green space all around our 5th wheel. The wheels of our trailer is concrete, so we’re not swimming in mud when it rains/snows. There’s a great fenced in dog park w/lots of equipment for our pup to enjoy! Plus, two dog runs w/garbage cans for her to do her business in away from the sites. The laundry room is open 24 hours & well outfitted. Only issue, make sure you bring lots of bills for the coin machine. It’s very very picky on which bills it will accept. Made the mistake of bring one $10 bill & it wouldn’t take it no matter what I tried! Lesson learned, so I come prepared now. There’s always a smiling face to greet you in the office/store. They’re super friendly & helpful. You can get your propane tanks filled in a flash right on site. Very convenient! You can order from the onsite cafe & have it delivered right to your site. You can also have door dash & Walmart bring you food/supplies from the restaurants & Walmart from Marion. The park’s location makes it easy! Plus, you’re close to the town’s amenities if you want to venture out. This is definitely one of the best places we’ve called home. A huge thanks to the staff!!!

Clean, nice folks , pool, outside kitchen for campers, electric and water tent sites , cafe open 8A-8p (good breakfast and Cindy…well she made the stay, so very kind ), but our tent was 100 yards from interstate 55. Hard to sleep with the loud highway noise (do offer ear plugs). If go, ask for site furthest from Hwy.

This was our 3rd KOA on this road trip. We loved the pool and the homemade pizza. 🍕 I thought there would be hwy noise but I didn't hear anything! The workers were very friendly and helpful. We had questions about the sewar hookups and propane filling, the night guy was a busy bee! 🐝 The only thing that was bothersome was the shower in the ladies locker room was slow to drain.

Been staying here a few months for work and the staff has been amazing. I haven't interacted with anyone that didn't go above and beyond. They recently updated my power pedestal which was pretty amazing. I was using a dog bone off of a 50a down to a 30a and having some issues with it. They said it was scheduled upgrades but the timing makes me feel like they did it because I ask about it. Either way it's very much appreciated. The lots are a little narrow and could use some extra rock on them but that's pretty minor with the service here. I'd park in the grass and still be happy with the people they've got working here.

It was a good stay at the campground, overall clean, mens bathroom was a bit dirty but acceptable. The washer and dryer were pretty good and clean. There's a coin machine so you can change your bills into quarters. It's right next to the Hwy, so it's a bit noisy (not that loud) but the provide Earplugs at the register for that, which was great!

Memphis KOA Journey was a great stop on our trip in March. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome right away. The campground was clean and well-maintained, and getting our RV in and out was super easy — definitely big rig-friendly. They offer a dinner option, which is a nice touch, although we didn’t use it this time. The campground is in a safe area with plenty of fuel options nearby, which made things very convenient. Would definitely consider staying here again!
