I needed a place to stay reasonably close to an appointment for wheel alignment.  The park is in a good location, clean and has friendly hosts. They have a lot of activities going on and the pool and hot tubs are open until 11PM.

Nice age qualified Encore resort.  Great pools and most everyone driving slowly. Lots of friendly people walking around.  A little annoying to have residents around that cut through the spaces and walk around your motorhome, but I realize I'm parking in their way for how they typically get around.  If you don't cut through spots, it can be a very, very long walk around the maze of roads just to get to a unit you can see the back of.

When we checked in, the man who was escorting us to our site was NOT friendly. We checked in at 530pm, he made the comment that he would only bring us to our site due to having a van, if it was a camper we would have had to stay at on of the spots in front of the office, HIS words. No, sir I will not be. Then when we got to the site, there was a grump old man in a tiny home next to us that was upset he had to move his golf cart out of our site and into his actual spot. So we additionally had to wait longer until we could back into our site. Once in the site, we weren't given information that would be needed for our stay. Its pretty important to let people know you close the restrooms early, for the night. What park actually closes bathrooms? The place is also a maze and needs more signage to exit and find buildings. The dog park definitely needs to be cleaned, smells of dog urine is soooo strong

They love to send out violation notices.  Check out 'Chain of neighbors of Mesa Spirit' on Facebook. 3 hot tubs, but only one jet per hot tub. Empty lots are full of weeds.  They have wrapped the metal pool rails, but they need to replace them because there shredded and look ratty.

If this is a premier RV resort, I’d hate to see anything less. We thought by it being a “Thousand Trails” park, it would be decent. We booked on line & requested & paid for a certain spot. When we arrived on a Sunday, there is no one in the office, but the maintenance people were told to put us in a different spot due to lack of power in the spot we chose. After meandering through the park because the maintenance person could not figure out why we were going where we were going he took us to a very back lot small space in an amongst full timers that was very, very difficult to get into with a 35 foot fifth wheel. There was dog poop and garbage in the site and it was obvious that no one was informed that we would be staying there. The maintenance people could not help us with moving to a different spot because they did not have the ability to be on a computer and look into things. There were many many other spots that we could’ve been taken to, but this one was what they chose for us. Although the residents were very nice back there, it’s obvious that everyone just allows their dogs to come out and poop wherever they want to because there really is no place for your dog to go to the bathroom other than this little tiny dog park that smelled horrific because it’s too small for the number of dogs in the park. Don’t let them fool you! The maintenance people said we could move the next day once someone was back in the office but are you kidding me? Move a huge fifth wheel after getting completely set up!? Not one person from the office came by or even called with an apology. On the last day when I was checking out, I called and requested that we were going to get the refund for not getting the space that we wanted, and I was not offered any kind of apology or Even a “how was your stay?“ The one positive about this park is their pools seem very nice and everything was clean inside that area but everything else was just below average. The residents around us were very nice too. Just FYI, we had a dog and they are strict in their rules about not letting dogs pee outside the dog park but that’s a joke because we saw many relieving themselves all over(because dogs do that!)and if you’re going to make a rule for dogs, how about the cats we saw peeing and pooping in vacant areas. Also, we were very close to two very busy roads and heard sirens constantly. We woke up this morning to a police helicopter and large police presence due to A triple shooting right outside the park. Choose wisely… Live and learn.

Arizona is full of these 55+ plus retirement communities that are basically parks with small prefab homes (tiny homes for you, California).  Between those tiny homes, there are empty lots for a few dozen RVs (movables).
This park seems a bit "old" to us. You can purchase some of these homes fron $5k. Not sure why.
Our discounted rent of $42/ night made it worth it.

I can't say enough about the staff members at Mesa Spirt. We are from Tucson and my mother was in a near by hospital. We needed a place to stay with our rv near by so I could be close enough to the hospital to be with my mom. The ladies in the office were so accommodating to help us out really made us feel welcomed. The guys that helped us get parked, and who we saw every day at the gard shack or driving around with there golf carts checking up on everything always had something nice to say and brighten up our day. What a professional friendly team who all have on staff.

Great place. Quiet and tons of stuff to pack your days with. Miniature golf course tennis courts activities room and more. This is a private resort for tenants and their guests. Guard shack employees are very pleasant. If you are looking for an adult resort check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

We are a thousand trails member. We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean neighborhood. I really like the concrete pad for our car. A picnic table or firepit would be nice, but in this heat I understand why they are not here. Very quiet

Check in is 1pm to dusk. This is ridiculous. You come in late to this place and you have to park and wait until morning. Ran into traffic on the way here and did not make it until after hours.
This park is big and has all kind of room. To make you wait until morning is absurd. Looks to be a nice park but the staff and policy is lacking.
When I am late coming into tt palm springs, they are calling me and have instructions on what I am to do.
I really doubt I will ever come back to this park

We've been staying here the past few winter seasons and love the place!
Plenty of activities and entertainment for the guests to enjoy.
Some RV sites are a bit tight for 35' plus rigs, but we always seem to fit.
Seasonal rates are available for Snowbirds wanting to stay several months.

One of the best places to spend the winter. Only park around thathas double sites available. 55 plus community. Lots of things to do. Prices are reasonable considering water is free, cable is free and mail is delievered to your site. Annual, seasonal  monthly, and weekly rates available. Also daily. Staff is kind and helpful easy to work with.

Very nice resort that deserves the word RESORT in its name. Nice pool and spa. Laundry room was very nice. Can't wait to come back again. Staff very nice and informative.

Really pleased with this park and the staff. The GM Mary is super nice and very helpful. I was very surprised to have had such personal, friendly service from a GM when I arrived and saw how big and busy this place is.

All of the staff have been very helpful,  whether guiding you to your spot,  helping you get connected or sorting reservations.  Shiela was one of the people who helped us, in just little ways, have a great experience here. Thank you.

This is also the most active RV park we have stayed at yet. There are always people out doing activities, greeting newcomers and just enjoying the amenities here at the park.

Very clean, well kept and safe place to stay.

We couldn't find a campsite anywhere since it was very late and we needed just a site for the one night. Called here and they offered a curbside spot inside that was just perfect for our needs. Felt 100% safe and the park is very clean and nice! We had the awesome tall cacti to look at next to us also!
Becky was super nice helping us settle into our spot and we had a nice chat about our travels for the next day! Loved this place😃
