Well managed park - we enjoyed our stay.

Strong wifi, level & clean camp sites.

Facilities are exceptionally clean.

Location to Mesa Verde Park is perfect.

Mancos is a wonderful little town, be sure to drive in and walk around.

In the premium back in spots are super nice. They havr tons of extras for you, rhe store has great inventory and prices, the bathrooms, showers and everything so clean. The pool is not heated and cold however it is very clean too.

This RV park is right off the Freeway 160 & it resembles KOA.   Each RV sites is spacious, gravel & sloppy.  Premium sites have concrete pad to park RV.  Roads to RV are wide & easy to park your RV.  Sites are clean & well-maintained.  There are open spaces back of park.  There is a dog wash as well.  Staffs are friendly & helpful.   We will recommend to family & friends.  Located very close to Mesa Verde National Park.

Mesa Verde RV Resort suited our needs perfectly. Convenient to the national park. Nice sites. Ours was pull through. Very clean. We didn’t use restrooms or laundry room so can’t speak on that. There was a playground. We also didn’t use the pool or hot tubs but were told the pool is heated. There is traffic noise from the highway but our sound machine helped with that. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. She offered us complimentary coffee and Memorial Day cookies. I bought water at their store and it was very reasonable. $4 something for two water bottles and a gallon jug of water. Gas station wanted $4 for a jug. Anyway, it’s a nice, clean, friendly RV resort.

This is a convenient park minutes from Mesa Verde. The restrooms and laundry are impeccably clean.  Laundry machines cost $2 in quarters for both the wash and the dry cycle and clothes were dried well. The site was an easy pull through  but required all our leveling blocks as it is tilted. The pool was not yet open but looked wonderful. The adult hot tub has a lovely view of Mesa Verde. We stayed an extra night due to bad weather. I would have given it 5 stars but felt the hot tub needed cleaning. We would stay again!

This rv park is located about a mile from the entrance to Mesa Verde NP. Unfortunately, we were there during the government shutdown and although the park was open to drive into, only one cliff dwelling could be seen, and then only from a distance. We camped in a 40' 5th wheel and F350 tow vehicle. We were in one of the very long pull through sites. Sufficient room for slide outs and tow vehicle. Site was gravel and mostly level. Staff were super friendly and helpful. There is no fenced dog area, but plenty of room to walk you pet. Cost was reasonable by RV park standards. We stayed in October. For a small rv park they have lots of amenities. We could connect to the WiFi, had no internet access. Tried on multiple devices. We would stay again if in the area.

Mesa Verde RV Resort is a great spot! The sites are nice, and it’s conveniently close to Mesa Verde National Park. The resort has a pool and two hot tubs, plus a coin laundry. The staff is amazing—very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Great little place - nice clean bathrooms and pool area was in excellent shape.  Very safe place for kids and courteous staff.  We tent camped and it's not the best for tents, but doable.  Not sure why they put someone directly next to us when we were the only other tent campers there.  Definitely saw the other option there (Ancient Cedars) and doesn't look as nice.  Only 1/2 mile from the Mesa Verde NP entrance, and clean place.  I would absolutely stay there again if we came back to the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Mesa Verde RV Campground! The entire property is clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. We brought our 39' RV and had no trouble getting in or out. Our site was paved, level, and came with full hook-ups, which made everything so convenient. The campground is peaceful and scenic, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Everything about our experience was top-notch, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Has an enjoyable stay here. The site was a decent size for our rig. It was close to the pool and hot tub but far enough away to not hear any noise.

Laundry facilities were good and staff were friendly and helpful in the store.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, although the pool was very cold during our visit.

Excellent location for visiting mesa verde national park and not too far from town if you need to stock up or get groceries.

A very nice and well run park.  Some spots could do with a bit of leveling but nothing drastic.  The wifi was close to worthless even if you walked over to the office but that's probably a good thing - read a book.  Would go back in a heartbeat.

When we pulled in after a long drive we were expecting them to be full like everything else in the area. We were so happy and surprised that they had 2 available spaces for us and our traveling companions. They had a laundry room, a swimming pool and two hot tubs. Beautiful area. It is practically straight across from the national park.
