Nice, small campground with lots of trees and down the street from the shops and cafes. The staff is friendly and helpful. Each site is spacious and has privacy fences made of skis! The 3 toliets with showers are clean, bathmats provided. Small walking trails lead down to a trickle of the river. The higher level would be a more convenient camping spot than the lower level because we had to walk alongside the road on the sidewalk and up the camp road to get to the bathroom. There is a lot of road noise during the day but thankful that it gets quiet at night. I was able to use the laundry too. There’s a Lowe’s supermarket next door and very good place to eat nearby, Tina’s Cafe. We also had a lovely hike at Cedar Creek in the Lincoln National Forest down the road where we saw several elk on the trail. Overall, I recommend this RV park in Ruidoso.

We just finished a 7 night stay and we are coming back next year for sure. Lovely park, easy walk into town, close to some fitness and walking trails. We absolutely loved it here. Mark and team are fantastic, all the facilities here are clean, cozy and wonderful. You gotta stay here when in Ruidoso

We never make reservations when RV camping, just showed up, Mark made room for us. Perfect spot, full hookups if needed, clean showers. Midtown has lots to offer for all traveling. Location is great. Highly recommended.

I had the most beautiful experience at MMCRV — without a doubt, the best campground in town! I was traveling solo with my dog, and we both felt so welcomed and safe. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready with a smile. The location is ideal — just a short walk to Ruidoso Midtown, yet surrounded by peaceful nature. The campground itself is spotless, with great bathrooms, a cozy pavilion for relaxing or meeting other travelers, and a few scenic trails perfect for morning walks. We loved spotting deer, elk, wild horses and other wildlife nearby — it really felt like a retreat into nature without losing any comfort. I can’t wait to return!

Wow! This place is well kept! The bathrooms/showers were so clean! They provide a bath mat and i love the little touchscreen, such as table, plenty of hooks and an occupied/vacant sign on the outside. The site was flat and did not need any adjustment to level. Each site has a picnic table and plenty of room to feel comfortable. It is in a great place that makes it easy to bike/walk downtown and many great food locations. Mark made it easy to check in and feel welcome! I would definitely good back!
