Friends stay there quite but to expensive

Mr Paul the owner is a delight to work with. Surprising to me the bathroom are clean and I would live there myself. What a great service they provide to the community. A 1 million thanks would not be enough.

I stayed ten days in July 2022. The park felt safe, a lot of things to do in walking distance and surprisingly quiet at night. The sites seem small but they leave room around you. Any experienced RVer would agree this is a typical in city rv park and it doesn't deserve all the negative reviews. This is a prefect place to stay to explore the city if you want to go camping you need to leave the city. My only complaint is the low water pressure but that might be a city issue.

The worst RV Park I have ever been to. In downtown Anchorage in close proximity to everything but very sketchy so much that we ate the cost of the rv spot for the night of $40 and parked somewhere else for the night. I do not recommend this at all.

A parking lot with electric and water for $45 a night. The only reason I gave any stars at all is because of the location. Close to pretty much everything within Anchorage.

Best Value RV park hands down. I was quoted over 1200$ per month at the other anchorage parks plus utilities! At Midtown RV it is 775$ for 4 weeks ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Half the price for a great park in the middle of anchorage, a VALUE GEM.

It is located in an industrial/commercial area. The first time I saw it I thought it was a dump. Went to the office to ask where the RV park was. The woman in the office said " right behind the office" I in that dump. She was offended but indicated I was right. Don't waste any time looking for this dump.

I have been here at this RV park now for three months as a tenant, and I keep to myself with the courtesy "hi, good mornin/afternoon/ evening" to other tenants. The bathrooms are kept clean. They have problems here like anywhere else that us a rental property in my opinion. There's hot water, electricity and waste dumps available. Afterbeing in an RV park vs parking on the public streets/businesses, I am glad to be here.

I just walked through the park the owner verbally assaults me a local and then threatens me with calling the police. I explained I'm disabled and I had no idea of what he was talking about. Local bussiness, local hatter. Do not rent from this business they hate locals. And are lucky I did not personally file harassment charges.
