We recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. The pool was very nice and clean, and the RV pads were flat and easy to park on. The view of the marina was beautiful and definitely a highlight. Most notably, we didn't find the environment very family-friendly. Some of the employees wore very revealing attire, seemingly to encourage tipping. It created an atmosphere that felt more adult-oriented and not appropriate for children. Overall, there are some nice features, but we wouldn't recommend it for families with young kids.

Brand new RV resort. The old millstone is gone, but this place is amazing. The Tap and Grill restaurant and adults only party pool include a huge swim up bar and separate VIP section. At $800, the VIP section is a little steep as I don’t believe anything is included except basic shaded seating for four.

Food was very good! Bigger portions would be nice for the price, though. Homemade gooey butter cake was amazing!!!
