We enjoyed our stay there last weekend in cabin 5. It was a clean and quaint cabin! Staff was very friendly and very informative on all the activities going on for the weekend from painting pumpkins to making tie blankets to hayrides the kids had a blast. It was tricky or treating weekend and almost everyone had their campsites decorated. It was a fun weekend. I would definitely come back. This was my first KOA experience and we very much enjoyed it.

We live in our travel trailer and have been to many different campsites. The amenities here are great- pool, washers and dryers. We paid too much for a small site, in my opinion. We have had some of the rudest and noisiest ‘neighbors’ that we have encountered so far. Not the campgrounds fault. But tonight we also received a rude comment from an employee. My fiancé was bringing our 32 gallon trash bin over to the dumpster and an employee said “oh wow” in a very sarcastic tone… not sure what that’s supposed to mean? Otherwise overall I’m sure this would be a great campground for a weekend getaway but wouldn’t recommend longer stays.

This actually a campground, so the questions about rooms, etc are not applicable. When we visited, there was construction on HWY 169 and there was no advance warning or instructions provided. The person at the front desk said to take the Berkshire Rd detour, and then told us "right and then right, and over the bridge and right". He said the owner had put up signs...we eventually saw them...they had the KOA logo printed on 8.5 by 11 inch paper and were located low on the existing street signs. Hard to see when you are driving a 50 foot long RV/towed vehicle. Once we got to the campground, we were surrounded by a myriad of sights. Long term campers on the right side in various states of repair/upkeep. Then we had to weave our way through tent sites and fifth wheel pull throughs until we get to where our site was. Sites were cramped and not very level, and our picnic table/fire pit were not usable because of close proximity to our RV and the adjacent site. When it came time to leave, we realized we could not pull through and instead had to back up onto the access road. There is absolutely no reliable wi-fi signal anywhere on the premises. Overall, a very bad experience and not worth the $70 a night that you have to pay to stay there. This is, by far the worst KOA that we have stayed at to date!

The campground itself was alright, the location can be a pain to get into in heavy traffic. My problem was more a staff member. Before arrival I asked about a military discount and was told that they have one. Even have this on a voicemail. Upon arrival I was acknowledged by Paige who continued to look for her personal cell phone. She greeted me after about 20 or 30 seconds and then continued using the radio to ask if her phone was in a golf cart. She was very distracted the whole encounter. However when I handed her my veterans id card. She claimed they only give discounts to active duty. Which is fine. However it states that nowhere and I was told of the discount over the phone that was not stated active duty only. She then got an attitude and I just calmly continued with securing the campsite. Then my significant other the next day went in and was ignored by Paige as well as she kept looking for something and talking on the radio. I am not sure if she is a manager or just a staff member. However, I will never return to this location, and almost left this location before even beginning to camp

Had a wonderful experience here! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Especially Abby! She's a rockstar! It's just a short drive from the Twin Cities, making it super convenient. The area is surrounded by beautiful trees and it's so peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

This campground was great location wise and site layouts. The pool is awesome and huge. 9 feet being the deepest area to 3 feet being shallowest. We parked our camper reverse on the site so we could go awning to awning with our group. Keep in mind sewer is way in the back of sites so may need extra sewer hoses. We did have an issue at the store that happened often. We would go to buy something and be left alone for about 10-15 minutes at the store workers ran people to sites and such. Very frustrating, we ended up putting things back and just ran to a gas station nearby. Will I stay again? Maybe if I had to. Campground and pool were great. Just had issues with staff the whole time we stayed.

Staff was rude and completely unprofessional. They closed the office 4 hours before it was suppose to be closed and when we found out the pool was not open on that particular weekend, which was the only reason we came there because they have an indoor pool we asked for a discount and were told that theyd rather us just leave and give our money back. Right after I drove 3 hours to get there with my camper

Good place to camp. They have washer and dryer available. Clean showers and bathrooms. Buy your firewood at the desk and a guy comes to your site to deliver. I stay here once year. I always come back. Good job KOA campground!!

Great location, just 20 minute drive to Minneapolis, will be really nice once construction is done on the main highway. Very friendly staff. The pool and playground was fun for the family. Wifi and full hookups worked well. Nice, quiet, clean campground overall. I'm not going to take a star off for it because it did not affect my trip, but the spaces are a bit short. I have a 30-ft rv pulling a small car behind and it was a tight fit. I saw others with longer setups having a bit of a time fitting. But the staff was there to help them navigate and I had to ask a fellow camper to help me make the turn out of my site when I was leaving because everyone takes up the full length of space.

Great place for our 2 night stay. Nice and quiet away from the highway. Only issue is that they have not prepped the sites with enough rock to level them and create drainage for the rain (which it does frequently) and our site had mud pits. All of our water, power and sewer connections were coated in mud and had to be cleaned to put them away. A little more rock and level grading would have gone a long way in making this a much better experience.

We got in last minute when another camp ground cancelled due to flooding. The sites were easily accessible and good sized. Recommend bringing extra sewer lone because the hook up will be near the end and a regular size won't reach. The staff was all so kind! We had fun on the hayride and planting plants too! Kids loved movies and bingo too. Indoor pool was perfect for the rainy day, but wish the pool deck was cleaned more often.

Beautiful tiny get away place. Very clean n wonderful staff. We're regular there every simmer. The pool and the children's playground is a PLUS.

Great atmosphere and hospitality! A little close quarters but always great people! Nice and quiet with good access to everything. Just wish bathrooms were more accessible.

Always a wonderful stay here. Super clean campgrounds. Park is small but nice for kids. Indoor pool super bonus for rainy days. Camping Cabins are awesome! Ultra friendly owners and staff. Will continue to go every year! Nearby candy store and apple orchard.

We just love it here! We always stay in a Kabin, which is outfitted with AC, heat, a porch swing, a fire pit, and a picnic table. The staff/owners are kind and welcoming, always willing to deliver wood or ice and always saying hello with a wave. The bathrooms are very well maintained, and the store is pretty well stocked with reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place!
