We had a fantastic stay at Mission View RV Resort! The park is clean, comfortable, and packed with great amenities. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry rooms were spotless and super affordable ($1 to wash, 75¢ to dry). We loved relaxing in the jacuzzi, reading in the well-stocked library, and playing pool in the billiards room. There are tons of fun activities—we even caught a live concert! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the entire community had such a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

This is a 55+ Nice, Gated, Mobile home and RV park. Community driven. Great management. Beautiful grounds. Amenities include a lodge with indoor pool and hot tub, pool tables, library, and events. Walking distance to Desert Diamond casino. 10 min drive to EVERYTHING shopping and restaurants! Yet in a setting that feels away from it all. Best place in S Tucson for your snow bird or year round living. 🧡

Unfortunately, they do not give refunds once you have booked. Do not book here if you want a good nights sleep and some peaceful R & R. I am personally quite sensitive to loud noises and especially when I am sleeping. My husband is not that sensitive as he is a retired truck driver, but it was too noisy for him as well. There are various air craft that fly over at all hours of the day and night, including commercial, private and military. There was also a very high pitched squeal that we heard very close to our trailer every morning, which I did report to the management. I did enquire about the noise level, asking many questions before booking. It would have been nice to find out the true scenario before booking for a week.

They were on summer hours so when we needed to check on availability they were closed. The answering machine gave an emergency number which we called. We talked to the manager of the park and confirmed there was room available. He was so kind and accommodating even though it was after hours. We arrived and the manager and wife met us at the office. Again very nice and welcoming. The price was very good and he showed us where we were to park. The spaces were very large. We have a 5th wheel and the space was long enough for us to leave the pickup hooked up. I wish we would have had more days to spend there. It was close to the casino and a large shopping area. Would highly recommended!

Visited your friend who was parked here for a month for part of her spring vacation with her fifth wheeler. I used the shower facilities which were very clean. Good water pressure and the hot water came about pretty fast. I also use the laundry facilities which were just fine. Everything was very clean. The park is very well maintained. It is for 55 and older so it is a quiet place.

A well run camping spot on the south side of Tucson, close to the artists in Tubac and the Airport. Activities program offers the opportunity to get to know your neighbors and the weekly bbq is good value. The RV sites are large and the restrooms are very clean.

So many amazing people. So many fun activities for everyone to enjoy. The hot tub is clean and nice and toasty. The pool is indoors and heated. Shower room and laundry room both clean. Washers are 1.00 and dryers are 75 cents. The sunrise is breath taking. Definitely would stay again. Try to book early for the months of Jan and Feb though there is a rock and gem show in February that is very popular and the place books up fast.

First time here. Super friendly people. Lots of activities to keep you busy. Manager super nice great customer service! Lots are gravel and concrete a few trees. No grass for dogs but an area outside fence to let dogs roam just a gravel road but it gets energy out

Great RV park. Managers and activities directors, Alan and Kelly are fantastic. Spaces are huge. A lot going on. Air traffic noise from Air Force planes a bit noisy.

Over priced. Lousy management. Stay away at all costs. Trust me. Go somewhere else. Management rips you off. Utility company rips you off.
