Mission View RV Resort in Tucson, AZ: A Traveler's Guide

We lived here for 2 years in the RV side. I have never felt such love and friendship as we did here. Management (Kelly & Alan) are the best! Always helpful, ready to jump on any task! The employees are always busy, but never enough to stop them from waving, saying hi, or stopping to chat with the community members. There is always something going on (church services, meals, games, karaoke, bands, crafts, etc).
We moved to Green Valley, but this place will always hold a spot in my heart.  ❤️

Always a friendly and helpful person at the desk or phone.  Easy access.  Sites are nicely large.  Lots of things to do.  Do wish the hot tub had been repaired during the week we spent there.  The pool is always beautiful and like it being covered.

This RV is wonderful! The sites are spacious, clean, and well kept. Fenced in area with a large office/community room. Many activities to join. Heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. Weight/workout equipment, pool room, you name it. It is here. Laundry rooms, pet walks.. what can i say? It is  worth every minute. Yes there is an airport nearby but honestly it isnt bothersome. Every once in a while a train is heard coming through but also  not so disturbing. :)

Getting ready to return for our 3rd time. We love Mission View!!! Always feel welcome each time we come... can't wait to see everyone again!!

We love Mission View RV park! Clean, well maintained, and good  service. My only complaint is low water pressure.

Very nice rv park a bit older but you can really see the improvements they are doing. The residents who live here all the time are very nice. I loved the laid back vibe there they had rules but those rules were within reason. Loved this place I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Very roomy lots.   The staff makes everything easy, from checking in to having a staff member help back you into a lot.   There are bbqs on Wednesday,  darts on Wednesday nights,  Thursday is a dinner ice cream social and bingo. There's a library,  billiards,  indoor swimming pool, and oversized hot tub.   There are even water aerobics in the mornings.  Beautiful sunsets and sunrises.   It is so popular I suggest making reservations early.
We have been here for 4 years now, and everything is said before is still the same now.   They also have rentals to rent.

We had a fantastic stay at Mission View RV Resort! The park is clean, comfortable, and packed with great amenities. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry rooms were spotless and super affordable ($1 to wash, 75¢ to dry). We loved relaxing in the jacuzzi, reading in the well-stocked library, and playing pool in the billiards room. There are tons of fun activities—we even caught a live concert! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the entire community had such a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

This is a 55+ Nice, Gated, Mobile home and RV park. Community driven. Great management. Beautiful grounds. Amenities include a lodge with indoor pool and hot tub, pool tables, library, and events. Walking distance to Desert Diamond casino. 10 min drive to EVERYTHING shopping and restaurants! Yet in a setting that feels away from it all. Best place in S Tucson for your snow bird or year round living. 🧡

Unfortunately, they do not give refunds once you have booked. Do not book here if you want a good nights sleep and some peaceful R & R. I am personally quite sensitive to loud noises and especially when I am sleeping. My husband is not that sensitive as he is a retired truck driver, but it was too noisy for him as well. There are various air craft that fly over at all hours of the day and night, including commercial, private and military. There was also a very high pitched squeal that we heard very close to our trailer every morning, which I did report to the management. I did enquire about the noise level, asking many questions before booking. It would have been nice to find out the true scenario before booking for a week.

Great RV park. Managers and activities directors, Alan and Kelly are fantastic.  Spaces are huge. A lot going on. Air traffic noise from Air Force planes a bit noisy.

Over priced. Lousy management.  Stay away at all costs.  Trust me. Go somewhere else.  Management rips you off. Utility company rips you off.
