Such a beautiful park with stunning trails overlooking dramatic cliffs and the ocean. Every path offers breathtaking coastal views — peaceful, scenic, and absolutely worth the visit. Best of all, it’s free!

We hiked the Bluff Trail and got the most striking views of the coastline and wildlife. Easy level hike good for an hour or longer on the outer loop. Even an outhouse for those weak of ..... Pathways are well maintained. Parking limited so go earlier. Central Coast beauty at its best!

Camping at the EV 2 site was so awesome and quiet.. The hosts are so wonderful and the beach wasn't crowded, but that's likely because it has more rocks and isn't just sand. There's no payment for parking and the port a potty at the EV site was clean.

I just love this part of the Central Coast! Realize that this is dry camping- no electrical, no flush toilets (pit), there are reservoirs of water to use, but not for dish washing. Loved the cool weather as an escape from Sacramento. Will definitely come back! Space 48 was a great ADA space for us.

Great place to visit and has some amazing spots to meditate and just soak up the soothing sounds of the beach. Recommend going in the morning if you'd like to check out the beach before the crowds get there.

This park has fantastic views, hiking trails and easy access to beaches where you can view a variety of marine life. We also enjoyed watching the surfers. Easy commute up to Morro Bay (less than 20 minutes away). Great way to combine some outdoor activities with a nice meal and some strolling around a cute seaside town.

Great hike out on the coast trail. Nicely maintained paths. Beautiful!

Love the blue color of the water, and how a quick walk will get you to where you're surrounded by nature. I will say hiking up the dunes for 3 minutes is worse than a full gym session. Humbling. Bonus: there is a beach area with tide pools that is dog friendly!

Our timing for low tide was off, so we missed the tide pools. Still a beautiful location to visit and enjoy the beach. Ample parking and clean restrooms if needed. Word to the wise, bring extra TP. Also, cell service is pretty much non-existent there, so plan accordingly.

One of my favorite places. The drive has eucalyptus trees along the road, and it smells amazing (roll your windows down). Beautiful views and along the beach during low tide there are amazing tide pools. 😊 There were even a couple of happy friendly surfers that let us take their picture. We stopped Mid October so the beach was not busy at all. There were nice restrooms right near the parking lot. A couple of picnic tables on premises. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, fun hike. I hiked the whole hike with a 30lb child on my back. It was uphill the whole way out but not too steep or challenging. That being said I'm a moderately active person. Beautiful views with a Geocache at the end. Restrooms at the beginning of the hike, dog friendly trail with two different spots for picnics. One lower picnic spot and one near the top, both have a beautiful view.
