This seems definitely more of a long term camp site than weekend getaway. You are parked extremely close on all sides to your neighbors which is great if you're in a group or want to know what is for dinner next door. The staff is overly friendly and the actual location is pretty nice, tucked away and secluded. The driveway and path around is fairly steep and could scrape with the angles. The website also has some false advertising with pictures and esthetics. Great place for long term. Not good for just a weekend

Would not stay here again. Nothing terrible or specific, it just felt...off. Kinda dead vibe. It feels like a run-down trailer park with a bunch of people living there permanently in old trailers. Teenagers wandering around shirtless all the time. People staring weirdly at us all the time. Not a "vacationer" campground. Entrance hill is steep and side streets within the park are super steep. Luckily we were on the main drag, otherwise our truck would not have been able to make it up/down those hills. Bathrooms are sketch. No doors for the toilets, just flimsy shower curtains...never seen that before. And showers don't have a private changing area. So I guess people just get dressed/undressed out in the middle of the public bathroom?? No thanks. And zero amenities. Not close to the lake. Nothing fun.

We stayed here for 6 months for a job assignment. The sites are nice, utilities are easy to access. The park is nicely wooded, lots of shade for the RVs. The only problem we had was when it snowed really bad we couldn’t leave the Rv Park for a week because the drive out is really steep and wasn’t treated, so you have to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get out. If you’re not there in the winter it won’t be a problem!

Very clean location! Enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again! We had full hook up for our RV! Plenty of space.

We have lived here 2 years with our grandson and we love it here. We've never had any kind of issues at all. Friendly neighbors, friendly staff. Tonya has always taken good care of us. It's clean, the bathrooms are always clean as well the laundry mat. Great place to stay.

Tonya has done a lot of work to the property and cleaned this park up...it's such a nice place...we had an emergency and she was amazing and got us in super fast with good prices and she is just a delight...this place is soooo much better than I have ever seen it

I love this place. We had our RV parked there and it was Beautiful! Short walk to Beaver lake. So relaxing and peaceful yet close to events and shopping. I would highly recommend visiting this place.

The good thing is that it was quiet all day and all night. Nice and shady too. There were only a few sites for us weekend campers as most sites were taken by full timers and traveling workers. It was easy to pull in to our site, but, very difficult to pull out. Sites are not very big. Price is fair so I can't complain. Not sure if I would go back.

This RV park SUCKS. Do not waste your money. My husband was there for almost two years. At first wasn’t to bad. The park is ran down management is RUDE and stays drunk or pilled out she also tries to get pills from the tenants . She will cuss you out and threaten to kick you out on a regular basis. There is drug activity everywhere in the park when you bring it to the attention of management they just ignore the problem. Loud parties and drunks on the daily. We met a nice couple that has been there for 8 years and they say it is awful. The bathrooms are always nasty and are locked up for Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Stay as far away as you can.
