So they were willing to take my money with all of my information. Send me several confirmations and well wishes of my soon visit and lo and behold 23 hours before my arrival they tell me that they will not honor my reservation due to a 7-month age discrepancy. After I made intentional doctor and dental visits convenient to the location of the RV resort. This is hardly acceptable or convenient and I was given nothing but " it's the policy" this was supposed to be a one-night stay for convenience, health and practicality. As a campost and full-time retired nomad I will be letting people know this horrible experience and company.

Monte Vista is a 55+ community. As very active seniors, we were a bit skeptical. While there are numerous folks that are not terribly active, there is a large contingent of very fit and very active people. It is a safe, clean environment and is very dog friendly.

This is our second year here and here are a few observations. If there is an empty rv spot, people will walk or drive thru the spot as a short cut. Even the staff does this. Observe some here in the rv section with a large dog. When they are gone it barks at anything that goes by, plus they do not appear to be of the age requirement for being in the resort. Cleaning staff need training on cleaning. You can go into any of the showers and the same trash that was in there the previous week is still there. Also there is drain flies in the men’s showers. Staff does not follow some of the same rules as residents or invents rules. Also rules are not enforced across the board. For example no parking RVs after dark. Several times I have witnessed security escorting rv to rv spots after dark. The amenities are very nice, but they are starting to price residents out of the resort.

Great big place. Easy to find just off the highway. Not many trees and not even a picnic table. But so many good things. Lots of pools and real hot tubs. Showers and bathrooms everywhere. People are friendly and helpful. The staff are great and answer all your questions So adding to this we did have a dog issue. Our dog is big( will add photos) small dog people got mad at me from using the dog parks. Most were great but it only takes a few to spoil it for others. If you have a large dog I would not recommend this place

Have stayed here many times....But, never have we been charged for tire marks! How ridiculous! First of all, the spot we back into was very difficult to get into...even the security guard who escorted us said the same. Now we are going to be charged 150 cleaning fee. She also said we dropped oil...no, we didn't! That was before us! We came to the space and there were leaves everywhere, we picked up trash and swapped out the trash cans because ours were left full! WTH! You have definitely lost a customer and we will never recommend you again!

We stayed at Monte Vista RV Resort for a few days before an appointment at Airstream for some maintenance and repairs. We weren’t expecting much for a park in very urban Mesa. We generally prefer more rustic settings. However, it was a great place to get some work done, do laundry and some errands around town. The park is new and very clean. The sites are large, level and very easy to get in and out of. Each site comes with a trash and recycling receptacle, which is incredibly convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The laundry room was large and clean and takes credit cards, which is way more comfortable than quarters. Although Monte Vista is also a mobile home park, the RV park is totally separate, which we prefer. We’ve noticed that parks with long term or permanent residents just aren’t as friendly. Our stay was so good we purchased a Thousand Trails membership and stayed again for a week when our Airstream was finished.

Nice place but not enough space. It's is bad when you can't get a call back for days and then when you go there you may get lucky to get help. Book way ahead and leave earlier than you intend to make sure your travel time will work with the weather. It may be new, nice and beautiful but their availability can be an issue.

Nice park tucked away, clean and fresh looking. Didn't stay at the park, was there installing solar.😁
