The site was clean, supplied garbage cans, level, & full hookups. Plenty of beautiful grounds to walk our dogs on the fairgrounds too. Wish the exit gate was auto with a code though.

4 star overall for location and value. Great location and reasonable price. Nice people running the place and helpful. Big ding for having shared electricity hook ups, water and sewer dump. Each shared electricity has only a single 30 amp and single 50 amp - the guy next to me got there first and took the 50 amp I also needed to power my coach. I had to use 30 amp which wasn't enough to power everything on my coach and couldn't use the generator at night leaving me with inadequate power and loss of some functionality. If it were Summer I would have asked to be moved assuming there was another spot with 50 amp.
