Clean and quiet, well-shaded RV spot with grass for ground tent camping. My site included a picnic table, 120V AC outlet, and fresh water. Ameneties on site were great! clean restrooms and showers. The staff from front desk to groundskeeper were friendly and engaging (like a good neighbor!)

We stayed here one night and were extremely pleased with our experience! The park was quiet, the bathrooms and showers were super clean, and the staff were kind and accommodating. Plus the location was ideal! Would stay here again!

Very nice park on the edge of town. Spaces are adequately sized and the lot is smooth and paved. Hot tub is a great feature. Plenty of shade in an area that lacks shade. Friendly staff with great ideas for things to do. Walking distance to food and shopping and a short drive to the Colorado Monument. Pleasant, peaceful, clean, and perfect for families and short or long vacations. Might be the best value in the area!

Mickey was so helpful with making sure that our campsite was suitable for us. We had problems with a tree branch preventing us from being able to extend our awning. Mickey got his tools and trimmed the tree. He was always busy every time we saw him . What a nice person.

This lovely RV park is clean and well maintained. It has a private shower if needed for “family showers. “ Mickey, in maintenance Is super helpful. Feel free to ask for anything you need. Eric, the general manager, was very helpful in finding suitable spaces together. And Erica, the office receptionist , went out of her way to help us move to a new site. The pul-through a are long and suitable for large rigs.
