Most wonderful RV spot in the area! A perfect home base! Right next to the Colorado River and parks with beautiful hiking and biking trails. Darlene and Erika in the office make you feel so welcome and have all the answers you want & info you didn't even know you needed :) We will always stay here! The whole facility is so clean, quiet and safe. Private showers are great! And the jacuzzi & pool seal the deal!!! Oh and the fact you can walk to most any stores and food you want is a plus.

Nicely paved .nice bathrooms and showers. Clean laundry room. Dryers are old and take a while. The last one at the end on top is hottest. Your welcome. Grass area for kiddos with games you can get from the office. Small playground for little ones. My grandson spent a little time playing and enjoyed it! Weāve never stayed here and pulled in about 7:30. They had 2 spots left so we snagged one. We are traveling cross country and just stopped to sleep and hang for a bit . Not doing tourist stuff in the area. Got the kids and ourselves all dressed for the pool because across all the states the time is usually 10pm pool close time. and when we got there it said 7pm and after is for adults only. They have adult only RV resorts for that. This is a family friendly place and some people drive in later. Thatās not cool. Iāve never seen that before and was really bummed because we always choose places with pools. .kids have a long day on the road and this is something they look forward to. Jacuzzi was a little dirty. There was some country concert in town I guess. Staff was nice. My son set his scooter to 5 mph like the sign said and some old lady yelled at him to slow down. We were right there. Thatās unnecessary. lol some peopleā¦ā¦ I think if you donāt like kids you stay at an adult only place because we were obeying the rules and there was no need to be like that. Thatās what seems better. Mosquitoes were horrendous. The morning time was quiet and I loved the sunrise. Overall nice stay because anywhere you go. there are people and wellā¦.. people are people. š a mix of nice and not. Life is beautiful š

This is a great place to stay when visiting the Colorado National Monument. However, the sites are very narrow and face to face. If we had wanted to sit at our picnic table, we would have been rubbing elbows with our neighbors. There are two laundry rooms which were clean and well maintained. There was some construction going on but it didnāt bother us. It had rained before we arrived and a number of the units had water pooling underneath which would have troubled me. It did soak in within a day. The pool was not as yet open and we were told that the hot tub, which was not as yet open, would most likely not be opened at all. Another advantage to this location is the DQ located next door to the site.

Great location across from a state park, close to the river and Colorado National Monument, 5 miles from incredible mountain biking, bike trail all the way to Palisade where there are peach orchards and wineries. Oh, 30 minutes to the Grand Mesa and all it's lakes, trails, and nature. Very nice and mellow staff, they keep the park immaculately clean, it's quiet, and it's affordable. Liquor store, Ice house water dispenser, and a bunch of fast food options a 5 minute walk away. Only con I can think of is that the spaces are a bit too narrow, but why stay inside when there's so much to do? Very nice little hot tub to end a day of adventure. My favorite park by a mile, I stay here as much as I can. Update: still great, another amenity they offer is propane refills, and if you put your empty by the road someone will pick it up in the morning and return it full and charge it to your account (I recommend attaching a tip). They also are happy to receive mail and packages in the office for you. I would also mention again that the staff work very hard and keep the park very clean! I'm at the park again and loving it.

This place made me feel welcome in ways that only grandma can make you feel at home. I loved my time here and plan on going back to spend more time at this quaint little spot that seems almost perfect for me and my family away from home family

What a welcome! Didn't even have to get out of our truck, the gentleman saw us, went in the office after asking our name, grabbed our site info, and escorted us to our site. He made sure we were settled and informed us that the entrance to Colorado National Monument was 2 miles down the road. We had no idea this park was here and it is definitely one to be visited! Fun drive and breathtaking views! He also filled our propane tank for us...we left it out where he told us and he brought it back in a matter of minutes. Site was perfectly level...what a joy. There are handicap bathrooms near the office that are private. (A little on the small side, yet very clean.) The main bath house/laundry area isn't as private. A well maintained park. And the ladies in the office are friendly, too. Bonus: Dairy Queen is right next door.

We had an amazing weekend here! All the staff was so friendly and our little cabin was perfect! Edit: we stayed here again since it was such a great place a couple years ago. It was just as clean and friendly as I remember. My son's bike broke and maintenance took the time to help him fix it. My kids begged to stay another night, and they usually can't wait to get home. Highly recommend staying here!
