My experience at thousand trails in morgan hill was really disappointing. The bathrooms were filthy, often had no toilet paper dead flies in the sink and trash overflowing for hours. The place obviously is not clean or maintained. A friend who stayed in the cabin found bed bugs under mattress and wall, wich is absolutely unacceptable. On top of that the wall had mold. I can't recommend this place. It needs major improvements in cleanliness, professionalism and management.

I love TT. One of my little pet peeves though is I feel they treat us like children. And example: I asked if the pool was heated in December. I was told they are required to have a heated pool. Which may or may not be true. They said it was out of order. Okay. I'm back here again mid March and it's still out of order. Seriously! They have had enough time to put in a new pool by now and it's still not working. No way. They have no intention of heating it. It is a beautiful park and the staff are outstanding. They are so nice!

Pretty location, the sites are very small and close together. We never saw a single employee in the 3 days we've been here. Weird!! No one checked us in at 2PM on Friday. The paperwork was just left in the after hours check in box...ummmm...2PM is after hours? There is trash in our site, beer caps and cigarette butts, nasty! No cable, even though.it lists that on the park map. It's just ok.

Thereās an older lady there who would shout at you for going 7 mph. All day long people fly through that park. The ālodgeā was sad, weāve been to many thousand trails and that lodge was bare and depressing. No wonder others complain about children fighting up there. The gym was also extremely sad, what is the point of having that space when the equipment doesnāt even work? We pay a lot for our membership and we were very disappointed with Morgan Hill. Itās more of a junky RV park, then the fancy resort stays we were promised. My children tried swimming and got dressed to swim, got there and they locked it up in front of them because it closed at āduskā although there were 2 hours of daylight left. Oh yeah and God knows how long the pool heater has been broken. Iād give it a 5/10 if the lady didnāt shout at us, but we rate it a 2/10 overall. We left early! Oh yeah and a .25 hiking trail. Laughable.

This was a very nice campground. The grounds are really clean and they have lots of amenities. There is a huge pool but unfortunately the heater was being repaired. It looked like a great place to hang out and enjoy the sun. There are also nearby wineries to visit if you are into that.

We have been camping here for years. We love coming here. We love the grounds, the pool, activities and staff are generally nice. There seems to have been some changes since the last time we were there. The one area of camping is supposed to have electricity. When we notified them that it doesn't, was told maintenance would be notified to come fix it, but didn't know when it would happen. When we left, it still wasn't fixed. There was also no activities scheduled on the weekend like there usually are. So, I am hoping that this was a fluke trip.

This is a grewrv park that is enjoyable for the entire family. There are more out door activities than most could ever imagine. š The only reason I didn't give it a higher rating is that not every site has 50 amps and sewer hookups!

Beautiful place to stay - even in the pouring rain. First time my husband and I completely went off the grid, as we had no phone service. It was so nice. I definitely want to go back in the summer time now. The playgrounds, volley ball & basketball courts were in great condition. I need to pick up a couple of golf clubs as there is a small putting green area. The pool is HUGE. We loved seeing the wild turkeys in the morning. There's an official park cat that's very sweet. The Uva river ran right by our camping site. It's a nice peaceful place to sit & listen to the water flow by. Hopefully by spring or summer next year they will have the other dump site open. The best part is that it was so inexpensive to stay here!!

Clean, nice, I always have very positive comments given from any visitors. We enjoy the summer weekend concerts and other activities. (The catch-22 is the somewhat scary manager, who you do not want to have to hear from, but who is also responsible for turning this park around from the mess it seems to have been a few years ago.) The (other) workers are all very nice.

This place is gorgeous the staff here treat you friendly, professionally, and like family. When I was going through a bad time in my life having my wallet stolen, my phone shut off because I cant pay my phone bill because my wallet was stolen the staff here took my temporary id as real id (as it is) instead of giving me more problems to add to my problems. They were understanding and got me checked in quickly and treated me like family. I than k them for their great work and understanding in this difficult time in my life. Great work guys!
