We’ve stayed two weekends in a row, because the location is greet and we love the campground. Last weekend we stayed in the “Cork” cabin and loved it! The shower had barely any water pressure but it’s fine. This weekend we stayed in a deluxe cottage (Rose) and spent more money. This cottage is nicely decorated but also very run down. The AC didn’t blow air out but the heater did. Vents were gross and haven’t been cleaned. Water is too hot and scalds you if you move the faucet even a hair. The screen was missing off the bathroom faucet so you’ve got water just spitting out. The toilet doesn’t flush unless you babysit it. The front door would only lock from the inside and would randomly lock normally with the electric code box. The back door doesn’t lock at all and no stick is provided for extra security. No screen door either. The bedroom is so small you can barely walk around the bed. The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. For the money we paid, it wasn’t worth it. All that being said we will come back and rent a different cabin again because it is nice there. Bring your own internet if you need it because you pay for theirs.

Crowded. Kind of the old fashioned campground where kids are all over with almost no parents with them. Try to be friendly and wave and not many people wave back, probably because there is a lack of SPACE between your units. Even spots with four tents and one RV and of course the pit bulls! Everyone tolerated each other , but it didn't look like anyone was having much fun, because it was crowded! If your just come in and parking your unit for the night and going fishing somewhere else or doing other things , it's fine, but crowded. Quite crowded.

Absolutely beautiful. Lush green Santa Cruz mountains. Plenty of wineries. Uvas creek runs right through the park. Very helpful hard working staff. Very clean. Great new manager . Huge pool and Gym. Laundry room.. Dog park .Wine room with big screen TV and pool table? And a huge lodge with a big screen TV. Activities room showing movies on certain days , outdoor stage for live music. A playground next to a big open field. , Mini golf, full Tennis court or pickleball court? ,Real nice sites that are shaded. Every section has its own bathrooms.

There are no sewer hookups, but they have a guy that will take your waste for 40 bucks. Let's get that out of the way. Here's what to expect.... 1. Self check in with a map to your site. 2. Immediately to the left of the main kiosk at the gate where you get your welcome packet is the welcome center. Its not marked, but its that building to your left by the big parking lot. 3. Have your driver's license, registration for your rig and tow vehicles as well as proof of insurance readily printed out before you arrive. They need it all 4. Laundry is by the pool, the big building just west of it 5. The park is clean, well maintained, and under staffed. Expect low staffing. 6. It is located near a beautiful highway that takes you to Madonna State Park. Make that drive.... its amazing. 7. Study your maps, there is a lot to do with a days drive. Have fun and relax. I'd come again. We stayed 5 nights and it was quiet, and peaceful.

We stayed in an onsite getaway cabin that's basically a mini home. Bathroom with shower and tub, full kitchen, TVs, BBQ outside with picnic table, cozy porch area. Technically it sleeps 6, but at least 2-3 of those people need to be small, as they'll need to sleep in an upper loft area. There's lots to do onsite, large pool area. Mini golf, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, baseball courts, etc laundry facilities, a workout room. There's a clubhouse onsite and a couple activity spaces, but they seem to be run down or locked up most the times we tried to get in. But as far as Morgan Hill goes we enjoyed visiting Kirigin a near by winery and picnicking there one day and 3 days at Gilroy Gardens with our grandkid. Both were lovely.

Went as a day guest to see friends saying there this month. Stop at the visitors center as you enter and get a day pass. 10usd to drive in and use the pool. Lots of mature trees gave grate share in the heat of the day. And a post dinner swim was just what we needed. This is a huge space and seemed very well cared for. Our friends like the membership benefits, too.

Wow, we just left Morgan Hill two days ago. We had a great site 293, it is a pull through on the corner. What made it great were the trees, we had a secluded area to sit in the shade. Staff was friendly, helpful, and gave us some suggestion on where to eat. Other had pool closed early, as previously stated you also had to go to the office to get a colored wrist band for the day to use the pool. Since they open the pool to the public they are using the wrist bands to ensure people using the pool had checked in. Laundry room let’s say I was not impressed, I had to wash the top of the machines off to use them. They had coffee, Coke or something spilled on the. The dryer door had some dried blood on it. The cleaning log showed the floors had been sweep and mopped along with trash emptied but nothing about cleaning the washers and dryers. We did not used the shower house since we had a class Sa RV. We did like the park and its location. I highly recommend the Saturday farmers market in Morgan Hill. We would stay here again even without the sewer hookups.

Will update you, but it's an amazing park, great big sites. They don't have a hot tub :( but they do have a huge pool and tennis courts which I will update with photos, they have miniature golf, they have a volley ball court which I think is amazing as well. They do movie night, too. Summer is the best time at the campsite. I almost forgot they also have a dog park :) Mufasa was really interested.

My experience at thousand trails in morgan hill was really disappointing. The bathrooms were filthy, often had no toilet paper dead flies in the sink and trash overflowing for hours. The place obviously is not clean or maintained. A friend who stayed in the cabin found bed bugs under mattress and wall, wich is absolutely unacceptable. On top of that the wall had mold. I can't recommend this place. It needs major improvements in cleanliness, professionalism and management.

I love TT. One of my little pet peeves though is I feel they treat us like children. And example: I asked if the pool was heated in December. I was told they are required to have a heated pool. Which may or may not be true. They said it was out of order. Okay. I'm back here again mid March and it's still out of order. Seriously! They have had enough time to put in a new pool by now and it's still not working. No way. They have no intention of heating it. It is a beautiful park and the staff are outstanding. They are so nice!

Pretty location, the sites are very small and close together. We never saw a single employee in the 3 days we've been here. Weird!! No one checked us in at 2PM on Friday. The paperwork was just left in the after hours check in box...ummmm...2PM is after hours? There is trash in our site, beer caps and cigarette butts, nasty! No cable, even though.it lists that on the park map. It's just ok.

There’s an older lady there who would shout at you for going 7 mph. All day long people fly through that park. The “lodge” was sad, we’ve been to many thousand trails and that lodge was bare and depressing. No wonder others complain about children fighting up there. The gym was also extremely sad, what is the point of having that space when the equipment doesn’t even work? We pay a lot for our membership and we were very disappointed with Morgan Hill. It’s more of a junky RV park, then the fancy resort stays we were promised. My children tried swimming and got dressed to swim, got there and they locked it up in front of them because it closed at “dusk” although there were 2 hours of daylight left. Oh yeah and God knows how long the pool heater has been broken. I’d give it a 5/10 if the lady didn’t shout at us, but we rate it a 2/10 overall. We left early! Oh yeah and a .25 hiking trail. Laughable.
