First...office staff was nice. The space was small and uninviting. We were tucked between a construction yard and apartments/motel. Usually, RV park people nice...not here. Tons of lighting throughout the entire night. Literally only a place to park. No place for a fire pit. Had full hook ups and they worked.

We had stayed here for years but hadn't been back for 8 years. We were pleasantly surprised as the park is under new management and Crystal in the office is very sweet and helpful. The sizes of the lots vary significantly, the smaller sites are tight. The small dog walk is a nice addition. The location is great and we love the area. We hope to be back sooner!

Had a great time here. Spaces are a bit tight, but we got our 28 ft trailer in with no problems. Picnic table and they have fire rings you can use. Full hook ups. Friendly staff. Great location. Rode our bikes to town, walk to the beach. Clean!!! We will definitely be back.

Service from staff is top notch, both in person and over the phone. Location is very close to Morro Rock and Front Street, only about a 3 minute drive which was great. Park itself is only so-so; just a barely adequate, no frills parking lot with hook ups. Some folks(including us) had to unhook and park out on the street around the corner. Spaces for smaller rigs are very tight and difficult to get in and out of. Took us a good 15 minutes just to get backed in. Not a terrible experience but will probably go elsewhere in the future.

Great amenities. Only drawback is that you have to roll your own fire pit over to your site. Mild annoyance, otherwise I would give 5 stars.
