Most of my stay & interactions were great, especially with Hannah! She's helpful & kind, a great addition to the staff. Unfortunately the day before I left (after an almost week long stay) a gentleman employee I'd not seen before accused me of not belonging there. It had been such a lovely stay otherwise, but that really left a sour taste in my mouth.

This KOA is gorgeous!! We’ve stayed at many KOA’s all over this country. Pulling in was magic through the trees and then Mt Shasta!! Wow!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!!! I wish we could have stayed longer and I sure hope we come back. Oh!!!… the town of Mt. Shasta is minutes away for dining too. It was perfect ❤️

We had originally booked an RV site, as we were truck bed camping on our Road Trip. The day before our arrival weather was not going to permit us to camp like we had planned. Called the KOA to cancel our reservation and the gentleman spent time trying to accommodate us. They had a small cabin available that he moved us to. We came off the freeway out of snow and temps in the 20s with a short drive to the campground. He had turned the heat and lights on for us. We were so relieved to be out of the weather. The KOA is located close to town and Mount Shasta. Great accommodations and even better customer service.

We love this place! Been coming here for years. Nice stop off the 5 freeway. We like the tent sites. Its seperate from the RV area. Lots of trees with fire rings. It is early march. Pleanty of firewood everywhere due to storms and maintenance. We especially like the deluxe campsites. It has 110 power, a cool little cooking table with lights, firepit and level ground for tents or EZ ups. Woke up and its snowing lol! Nice clean bathrooms! Cabins & pool in the summer. Thanks for another wonderful stay! 😁👍🏻

came here as a solo traveler in my camper van. this was the perfect first stop to rest because it's so reliable and close to town. also felt very safe here with all the young families here. the real win was the staff - extremely friendly and generous. tim, the manager, was especially kind and helpful when i needed some help in my camper. watched one of the staff members happily clean the bathrooms as well. great energy from the people who work here and take care of the property. it does not go unnoticed! thank you and will be back again

Awesome spot! We spent 10 days! Lots of beautiful trees and mountain views. Very close to town! The campground has a great layout. We have a 40 foot class A and a 20 foot trailer and we were able to maneuver around and park very easily. The propane/dump station is in a very easy to access area if you have a stationary/onboard tank. All the staff from front desk to groundskeepers were friendly, kind and always willing to help. Laundry facility and showers were nice and clean. They have a great fully fenced dog area that is very well kept which was important for us! Would absolutely recommend!

Nice place with personal greeting. Quiet with an occasional train tooting in the distance. Dog area clean for the pup to play and make a friend or two. The weather was great for walking my pup on a leash. We noticed the nice selection of Kamping Kabins. We would will stay there again when passing through.

Lovely!! The spots under the tall trees, the view of Mt Shasta, small town with nice enough folks. You can hear trains go through (we are trains buffs anyway) but after the first night we could just tune them out. We are definitely coming back again.
