We absolutely loved Mountain Meadow in May, 2022. We are two couples traveling across the country and this has been one of our favorite campgrounds. The sites are wooded and varied, well taken care of and quiet. The bathrooms are the best we've seen. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the entrance to Glacier, grocery store not too far away, beautiful Whitefish only 30 min. We loved our stay. . .

Very nice quiet RV park! Our space had trees but was easy to get into. Our friends’ site was also nice, with a bigger patio area for us to relax in. There was a nice dog park close by and exterior area to throw the ball a long ways, nice cabins, friendly staff, clean bath facilities, and a pond on the property with benches to sit on and relax. We could not get TV signal at our site, but that was ok (for me.) We will definitely stay here again, we’ve already picked out our sites!

Staff is great and they take very good care of this nicely wooded campground. All facilities are in good working order. Plenty of space for our 37' fiver and truck. Close to West Glacier and Columbia Falls. Don't miss the delicious fried chicken at the market in Hungry Horse. I injured my leg while fishing and they let extend our stay till I was well enough to pack up and go. Highly recommend Mountain Meadow.

We LOVED Mountain Meadows. This KOA campground is beautiful and wooded. The grounds are well cared for with a dog park, open meadow area for picnics and a pond for fishing and sites are very nice. The bathrooms are very clean and updated and the shower pressure is amazing.. There are clean, well maintained laundry facilities and the camp staff are very friendly. Wish we had come across something even half as nice on the east side of Glacier. Will recommend Mountain Meadows to everyone! Thanks for a great stay.

Nice campground, nice people! From moment we arrived Flip "the boss", Jim and Camille, (and Missy and Marley) the camp hosts were friendly and professional. We very much enjoyed our stay there. Bonus is the dog park where we could take our dog at the end of the day to play with other "camp dogs." At first I thought it was a bit small (the dog park) but turns out it is perfect for the pups to burn off some energy at the end of the day. The location was great, not far from Glacier, and the campsites were spacious and semi-private. We had electric/water hookups and the dump station was perfectly fine at the end of our stay to empty our tanks. They told us WIFI was spotty but I didn't have any trouble connecting to get info on the local area. Definitely recommend!

We have traveled close to 5000 miles so far this trip. Hands down the best place we have stayed. Close to Glacier, reasonable rates, nice sites. The folks who run this camp go way out of their way to make your stay fantastic. Will return next year.

We rented one of their larger cabins for 4 nights. What a beautiful space. Interior was cute. Two comfy chairs under cover on the front porch. Outside was very private. We couldn’t see our neighbors. The room had a large bunk bed, queen size bed, small fridge, electric fireplace, overhead fan and 2 clean bath towels. The mattress was also comfortable. That said even the smaller log cabins were neat and privately located in wooded settings So many rv camps and state/federal parks line their cabins up in a row without trees or privacy. We know. We’ve stayed in many over the years. Not at Mountain Meadow. The bathrooms were very clean and it appears they have been recently updated. Last night the guests were treated to a wonderful outdoor concert featuring a small group of folk singers. You could tell that these were professionals. The main singer had a huge repertoire and an incredible voice. Wait! Did I mention his amazing picks on an acoustical guitar? That alone was worthy of respect. The staff were kind and helpful. This is a well run RV park that takes pride in the property. It’s mid September and the many potted planters near the welcome center are thriving and beautiful. We will definitely be back. Thanks to all the caring staff at Mountain Meadows.

We stayed here for 5 days and loved it. Quiet, clean, beautiful trees, easy in and out. Heard we just missed a bear at our picnic table about an hour before we arrived. Definitely coming back again and staying longer.

Nice, friendly staff. Stayed there five days. Had great site within trees. Lots of privacy. Had great laundry facilities and bathrooms with free clean showers. Free music by local artist on Wednesday night. He and his wife were nice to listen to and took requests.

We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. We stayed at the tent site B. The showers are so great, the landscape and cleanliness of the campsite is also a delight. Only a short drive to glacier NP west entrance, it was perfect for our first time in Montana. Would gladly visit again

As others have said, this is located in a perfect spot for visiting Glacier NP. The staff is very friendly, The bathrooms were beautiful but the one located in the heart of the grounds only had 1 stall and 1 shower for the men and 2 stalls and 1 shower for the women. There were multiple times when there were lines waiting for either the toilet or shower. Our big issue was that many of the sites were located on very steep grades. We heard many a spinning tire as people tried to get into the sites. In addition, some of the sites boundaries were not well defined. At least once, we had to ask someone to move their vehicle so we could get our of our pull through. The only other issue we had was that it was advertised as having wifi but when we got there they gave us the pass code but then said, "good luck it doesn't really work'. Closer review of their information says 'wifi to selected sites'. I suspect that means if you are very near the office. It did not matter to us but if you plan on doing any work from here, you probably won't be happy.

This campground is beautiful and perfectly maintained. Very friendly folks, wooded, sites are nice, gravel pads, utilities reliable, laundry and store, just a few miles from Glacier National Park west entrance…would highly recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We have been traveling extensively the last year and this is By Far the nicest RV park we have ever stayed at. The pond area is so beautiful and serene. The sites are nestled in the woods and provide nice privacy. The camp hosts are so nice and worked hard to accommodate our request to stay a couple of extra nights even during this busy sold-out season. This park was so quiet and very close to the West Entrance and also close to towns with services. We needed to repair our RV and were able to find supplies within 20 minutes away. My wife and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this park. If you are ever in the area you will count yourself lucky to be able to stay here.

We stayed here for a week July 2022. Enjoyed the heavy trees. Bathrooms were clean and the shower was awesome. We did get pumped out twice while we were here. It was $20.00 and worth it. 11 minutes from Glacier. Our cel phones with AT&T worked great in the campground.

We will definitely stay here again. The spaces are not tight with some having enough trees to make you feel alone. The staff was amazing, helpful and consistently drove around to make sure everything was OK. We even had a young bear come in the camp and staff made sure to shop him off the property. The bathrooms and shower were immaculate with great water pressure. Awesome hosts Jim and Cammile, Ray and Rita. We loved the proximity to the park. It takes only minutes to get to west gate. Also, it’s very close the Huckleberry patch which was dangerous for us with huckleberry pie and ice cream. Loved the little fishing pond. Overall A++. Will be back again for sure.
