Staff was super nice and very accommodating. Location is 10 minutes north of Sierra vista so trips to Bisbee, Tombstone and the caverns are pretty close. We had a pull thru site and was easy to pull in/out. There are two laundries and seemed very well cared for. We were there in later half of February.

Quiet, clean, everything functions properly, convenient location to hiking, Sierra Vista, Tucson, Tombstone, Bisbee. Some sites (including our) are very, very tight. Not all sites have a concrete pad (we didn't have one). We were supposed to stay 2 months, but decided to stay only one because our site is incredibly tight, no pad, and our parking is blocked by a large transformer box and electric panel.

Cute RV park with friendly stafg. Nice, quiet and remote. Prices were fair and we extended several extra days in order to see all that the region has to offer including the Katchner caves and a multitude of nearby wineries. Lots to see and do withing a quick drive.

Conveniently located between Kartchner Caverns and Sierra Vista, spaces where long and wide making parking rig and toys easy. Sewer connection in back so may need extension to reach it to dump.

Positives about the park. Sites are on gravel. The bathroom/showers are close no matter where your site is. Doordash will deliver to you. It's quiet. Negatives about the park. The dog areas mentioned are poorly maintained so my dogs had thorns in their paws. The gym advertised was non existent the heaviest dumbbell was 10lbs and it was filthy in there. They said it's cleaned daily but the cake of dust said otherwise. The media room looked like it was the park hosts office. Note that also attached to the laundry room so any media you intend to do any media watching you'll have to listen to laundry. It's very outdated. The site spots were very narrow. The giant propane tanks for those who reside there is an eye sore along with the junk outside their sites. There were signs indicating to slow down for kids and dogs but I saw NOT one kid. I can't imagine what a kid would do there it's not close to anything and there are no amenities for a kid. The showers were small so prepare yourself for that. The bathrooms are single occupancy. Sadly this wouldn't be a place I would come back to. The clubhouse is overtaken by the residents so don't bother trying to take space in there. All things considered I came to this place as a place to stay so we can visit our son who is on deployment but if I was vacationing I would leave and cut my losses.
