Very nice RV park and campground. Nice amenities and nature area in the back. My spot was very level a pretty spacious. I had a full hook up spot. Shingletown is very close with lots of services. The entrance to Lassen National Park is about a 20 minute drive.

We've stayed at several KOAs and this was by far our favorite! The friendliest staff, clean facilities, nice pool and absolutely loved the fun things to do! Kids loved the big swings, yard games and volleyball court! Wonderful, beautiful location! Hope we can stay here again!

Absolutely the best KOA we’ve ever visited! Clean, beautiful and natural surroundings - we enjoyed walking all around, playing horseshoes, swinging on the giant swing!! There was a warm pool, ping pong, volleyball, frisbee gold and so much more fun entertainment for the whole family!! Everyone was friendly and welcoming and such respect for the environment and fellow campers! The cabins were so cute and the Rv sites were great! We had a patio with a table, fire pit and BBq! Thanks Doug for the hospitality - we will definitely return!! Great spot to visit Mt. Lassen!

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at Mount Lassen KOA Shingletown. It was a great trip close to the north entrance of the park. The KOA was clean. Well staffed Tim who is one of the team members. There greeted us around 5:30. We were a little late, checking in. He was very gracious gave us our packet and I saw him till around 9 o’clock each night we were there. He He was truly helpful not only to us to everyone. I saw him come in contact with he made the stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place

My husband and I tent camped here for a couple of nights and loved it. The staff were SUPER friendly, BIG shout out to Patti! She introduced me to their fancy coffee machine and went above and beyond by showing me step by step how to for making a hot chocolate cappuccino. My husband and I also loved the pancake/sausage breakfast they had for all the campers on a Saturday morning. I also loved how they had a fun family movie night for all the kids on a Friday night. The washer/dryer was quick and dried our clothes well, the showers were clean and had plenty of water pressure and hot water, and our tent site had plenty of shade. The first night here there was a camper playing loud music and then he woke my husband and I up at 1 am with hollering out something to where all the dogs in the area started barking but the second night was much more peaceful. My husband and I would definitely stay here again! We highly recommend this KOA and their firewood worked SO well despite it not being real wood. Thank you Lassen/Shingletown KOA crew for being awesome! :-)

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and the facilities are cleaned daily. There are tons of activities for the kids to to do as well as a dog park for the pups. My family and I enjoyed the walking trail with the tree swings the best. When viewing the map online I thought the camp would be bigger but it was slightly smaller than I imagined, although still a decent size. They also offer a military discount which is a huge plus! If you’re looking for a well maintained and quiet place to get away to then look no further, we will definitely be returning in the future.

Lovely KOA with spacious site for 45' rig. Gravel site kept us mud free in a 24 hour rainstorm. Clean bathrooms/showers. Kids loved the tree swings. Gentleman on staff 20+ years was super friendly and helped us park 5th wheel in tricky spot. Can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The campground has so many amenities, and is very family friendly. The grounds are immaculate and show a great deal of pride of ownership. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The WIFI was surprisingly good considering it is nestled in the tall pines. We will definitely be back.

Amazing place to stay!! I enjoyed everything about this place! Jenel and Doug are super helpful and kind and made the stay even better! Great location for the Lassen Volcanic National Park! As well as a charming place to stay! The lots are a nice size where you don’t feel scrunched in on top of each other, but where you can still enjoy your neighbors if you want. I can’t say enough great things about this place! Go check it out!
