I agree….don't let old/dated reviews taint you! Lynn and Dave are the kindest and most lovely humans ever! Salt of the earth people. And I have to mention the people that stay here are amazing. Everyone  made us feel welcome and like family. A different culture than other places we’ve stayed at. This place won our hearts and will we back, heck yeah, every year. Feeling all the cool vibes! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Can’t wait till next season.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely! The owners are so friendly, accommodating and caring to our needs. The campground is lovely, peaceful and a terrific location. We highly recommend staying here!

This is a really nice place! Very clean and beautiful. The park managers were very friendly and helpful. Easy access and very nice spaces. Was our first visit to Naples. Was located in a great area , quiet and safe. We will definitely return.

Great place, friendly staff, beautiful landscaping, very clean and nice laundry room with good price as well. Dave helped us to fixed something on our Airstream, super helpful.
We had 2 dogs with us and a baby, it was very comfortable for everyone. Definitely we will be back.

I can’t say enough about how great this place is— not only did Lynne answer the phone personally and book my stay at 8:30pm on the same night I needed to arrive, she answers the phone for everyone, literally 24 hours a day! I’m at RV parks all the time and that is absolutely unheard of. The place is so beautiful, Lynne and Dave are so wonderful… they even came to my show at the “Off The Hook”comedy club, and offered to fix the door on my RV that was giving me trouble. Such a fantastic experience, I can’t recommend this place enough! - Steve-O

It very clean facility.
The wash area is priced reasonably.
It is more for a Adult than children.
My husband  and I found  it very convenient for us. We stay there every year.
We come down for a trade show on Marco  Island. Great area to ride bikes  and walk our fur babys.

I am in different communities all week teaching Aquafit in their pools.
Wanda and her husband go above and beyond to make all of their RVers feel like they are a part of a huge family.
They keep the grounds manicured and the amenities are immaculate.
When you arrive to Neopolitan you are welcomed with the utmost Southern hospitality .
If you are looking for a quaint, clean and welcoming RV Park in Naples , look

Terrible experience. The lady who manages this park is a total nightmare to deal with. Very, very rude. There are plenty of other "resorts" to stay at that offer way more amenities. All they have is a tiny pool that fits 10 people max. Nothing else. No showers on site, no pickleball, no shuffle board, no playground, no where to stretch out. The whole place needs a major makeover. There's more rules than relaxing and the vibe is very uptight. Stay somewhere else!

The woman who manages this campground is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Absolute nightmare. You've been warned! ⚠️⚠️⚠️

She hung up on me! The person who returned my call had me confused with someone else so she started from scratch with me. I was trying to book a site and figuring out why the price I had listed in my notes was different from what she quoted. I said I must have read it wrong and then asked why someone would want a parallel site when she said "maybe this isn't the park for you" and then hung up on me! I was not rude or even upset, but she obviously was. There are too many parks around for someone to have such awful customer service and lose business.

Nice facilities, no showers. Must use your own.

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at Neapolitan Cove. Shelly and Greg were more than accommodating. My rig only has a 30 amp connection and Shelly provided me with a 50 to 30 amp adapter to borrow. The grounds are very clean and there is a beautiful pool onsite as well. There was even a pizza night which we enjoyed. Very convenient location to downtown Naples and Marco island

On May 19, 2017, I reserved a Campsite for Oct 11 – 17, 2017 via phone call, 239-793-0091. I received an email the same day that confirmed my reservation in the amount above. Due to Hurricane Irma and the extensive damage to most of South Florida we cancelled multiple reservations at several campgrounds in the South Florida area. On September 14, 2017, I tried contacting Neapolitan Cove RV Resort via email and phone, nobody answered the phone and a message informed that their phones were down and they had no power.  I tried calling every other day after September 14, 2017 just to receive the same message.  I also never received any response to my email.

On September 27, 2017, I contacted Neapolitan Cove RV Resort via phone to request that my Reservation be cancelled and my money refunded.  A woman named Shelly from Neapolitan Cove RV Resort would not agree to refund my deposit money, INSISTING RASHLY that the Campground had "not sustained any damage".  Shelly also made a point to inform that it was their policy of "NO REFUNDS" after a reservation is made!  I informed Shelly that I was cancelling my reservation since I had also cancelled 4 other camping trips to South Florida that were one after the other and all due to the Hurricane!  Every other campground graciously refunded all deposits made accept for Neapolitan Cove.  I am not going to take my family to an area on vacation that has just been hit by a Hurricane where resources and the like are in short demand!  

As a footnote Shelly did offer to let me make another reservation anytime in the next year using my deposit because I was getting upset on the phone....why would I want to come now?  When we do come to Naples and we come every year, we will stay at one of your competitors!
