The location is nothing special, but a perfect stop over for us on the way to the Grand Canyon. Very pleasantly surprised by this neat little park. Clean and well kept. Nice little duck pond. Would stay again.

Decent stay. Definite noises from the interstate & train. Really disappointed on them keeping my deposit 😒 don't seem right. Stayed a few months but didn't give enough supposed notice before leaving. Working construction you can't always give a months notice. I call BS ! Anyway, I will not stay here again.

The campground was sparsely occupied given the season. We arrived late but everything went smoothly and we were happy with the after hours arrival experience. The 2 ponds are lovely, especially the turtles and the ducks that are extremely funny and happy to walk around the visitors. Everything was very nice and well kept. Highly recommend.

Agian desert people are good people . It maybe ran remotely and of course there is road noise it's next to the interstate but if you travel like I do does that matter?. It's peaceful clean as hell and affordable. Would you rather stay in Barstow? Go ahead reply to this post and let me know how that works out for you lmao stay here I assure you you'll be back .

The park was easy to find. It is located just east of the little settlement of Newberry Springs on I 40 There is pavement all the way. Signage is adequate and easily seen from I40. We arrived after hours thus check in was completed by telephone.. The rules are fairly basic. The interior roads are gravel and in good condition. Our site, 17, was a pull thru that was not quite long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30é50 amp, water and sewer only) were to the left side. Distancing is a little close for a rural park. There is a small tree between sites but not considered a vegetation privacy barrier. There were NO tables or fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was pleasant to look at. There are two spring fed ponds and a small swimming pool. There is some highway noise from I 40 but expected given its proximity. It was quite suitable for an overnighter. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean. We arenèt aware if there is any park included wifi or cable TV. There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be an okay overnighter. We paid $49.49 (inc tax) per night and we feel it is a little overpriced. We would be back if in the area again.

This place is a solid 3 stars. Price and location make it a great overnighter if you call ahead. They don't have a lot of spots.

Very good little RV Park! An Oasis in the desert! Swimming pool, nice clean lake with ducks and fishing. Spacious sites, although utilities are all at the back of the site which makes it hard for hookups. Nice friendly staff! Don't judge this fine little park by its surroundings! We recommend highly!
