We had a great stay here. Our spot had no grass and many tree roots so it was hard for my husband to use the stakes he brought for our canopy. The owner let us borrow his metal tent stakes for the weekend. We appreciated it and plan on coming back here. Thank you. 4 hr drive is worth it (From Ohio). With a pool and weekend activities, a very family friendly community. Wifi here was better than any other place we have stayed at this year already.

This is a great place to stay . quiet and friendly the owners treated us just like we were family.We had a lot of issues with our vehicle. Tom and cat help us with all of them. We are very grateful. We will stay here again. the Owner's Tom and cat are very accommodating.Very good folks

I can not say enough good things about the camp hosts, Tom and Kat. We arrived at camp without reverse in our truck and Tom made sure we got on the water using his own truck! They are constantly updating the facilities and are never too busy to help with anything a camper could ask. Great spot with wonderful people. Location is great for seeing the falls or fishing

I stayed here 3 weeks ago, the hospitality and activities here is outstanding. The staff and most of the seasonal campers were super friendly and helpful. They had family friendly bingo on Friday evening and multiple activities going on the well groomed sports field all weekend including an evening family dance until dusk then turning into an adult dance shutting down at the start of quiet hours. Most of the sites are shaded by huge trees, good size not to bad to back into. It is an older campground with new family-owners/operators who are working hard in updating the grounds as they can, doing an outstanding job. Lots of seasonal campers who mostly have well maintained attractive self landscaped sites; there are a small number of seasonal campers whose campers need a good wash or in some cases hauled to the scrap yard. Campground is a little off the beaten tracks, little creepy as you arrive, but once in the grounds you'll love it especially the hospitality!

We love camping here! It’s peaceful and quiet and everyone is so nice. The owners are continuously making updates like adding cabins and a new miniature golf course. The pool is always clean and there’s a separate kiddie pool too. Love being there with our friends and family.

Loved it here! My only complaint, is that it was pretty packed with forever campers and the pool was closed! Other than that, the bathrooms were super clean, swepped and mopped daily, great showers too! The lots seemed well kept, and they had a pretty cool playground for the kids including a big inflatable jump pad!

I read the reviews before we went and honestly was a little nervous. Impression upon pulling in, as there were a lot of rundown permanent camp sites and the place could be cleaned up a bit, was a little intimidating. When we got back to our spot, it was very spacious and nice in that area. We walked around campground a few times and it would definitely be a nicer place if run down permanent sites were made to clean up, but there were also a lot of really nice permanent sites. We had a really good time there and had no issues. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Don’t let the reviews and the appearance of some of the areas stop you from going. Kids also had a great time there.

It is camping not glamping and the camp ground just opened up . Yes is it straight out of the country because it is in the middle of the country. I am sorry we enjoy it I have not completes at all .
