If you are paying cash to stay here, don't. We are through a travel program and they put us in a spot only for our program, but it was not taken care of at all. Smelled like sewer 85% of the time. The pipes leak so there was water over our site most of the time. There was a bunch of workers, but i couldn't really tell they did anything. Cobwebs everywhere, even on the chairs they put out for you set on. No pride in what they provide. Shame. Could be a nice place. Oh, forgot. Our electric box didn't work correctly so they ran an extension cord to our site.

I camp here often. I feel very safe when I am here. Campers have been planning and running activities. 2 pools and a beach area help you stay cool. I stayed in my camper, so I can't comment on the cabins.

This KOA was the best we’ve stayed at; it had a huge variety of different activities ex. pools, pet center, boating, swimming, community center filled w/ games, books, air hockey, foot ball, & ping pong, to enjoy & participate in with your family & friends! The spacious cabins were very clean & organized with plenty of kitchen utensils & anything you would need during your time there. The staff was extremely helpful & kind w/ instructions or questions, if needed. The office staff was friendly, polite, helpful w/answering any questions for the campground or the surrounding area. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you All!

This is a really great place if you have kids and/or dogs. There are a lot of fun things to do, 2 pools, lake access, clubhouse, playgrounds, animals to feed, karaoke night, bingo, etc. It has a very casual feel which can be nice and perfect if that’s what you’re going for. I wouldn’t come expecting the most glamorous set up, but that is part of this parks charm. Love the train theme. We have gone twice this summer and both times were a huge hit with my toddler. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the cabins a little (but again, it’s a camp ground not a resort). We were very happy with our stay and will be back again.

This was our first time at this resort. While many of the sites are geared towards smaller rigs the staff was accommodating and got us in a larger site. The whole staff have been very welcoming and the events for Memorial Day weekend were exceptional considering the lack of budget for events. The lake is a beautiful backdrop.

We had an amazing time here. It's a wonderful place to spend quality time with friends and family. It's also a great place to make new friends and memories. They have a lot to offer. They have plenty of showers and they are the nicest and cleanest I have seen at any camp ground. They have onsite laundry facilities, pools, playground, petting zoo, coffee shop, club house, golf cart rentals and so much more. On the weekends they have someone selling food and it is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I can't wait to return 🎣🚣🌞🌲🏕️❣️

We pull our camper to NSL twice a year and are always pleased with the wonderful service and helpfulness of the park staff. Just last week, the campground lost power due to high winds, but it was quickly restored. We were very grateful since the temps were going to be in the low 30's. We always enjoy our stay when we go and will continue to return every spring and fall.

Beautiful campground! Plenty of amenities—2 pools, nice playgrounds, a nature center, coffee shop, laundry, sand volleyball court, horse shoes, and of course Lake Oconee with a swimming area and beach with plenty of Adirondack chars, docks, and a fish cleaning area. Would definitely recommend!!

The park is well maintained, The staff are friendly and helpful. The shower and restrooms were very clean and in great condition. Latisha seemed to be everywhere, taking care of things and ensuring that guest to the park were enjoying their visit. I will definitely be back.

We came to North Shore Landing for our days with our little kids. It turned out it to be a great time. We had a class c rv and had a spot on the lake. The staff is very sweet and there is a nature center that the kids loved to visit specifically the three goats out front. There were nice basketball courts, and a few other sports. We love the pavilion with fire pit and swings. The lake was beautiful and there was a beachfront access. It was a decent size. It was chilly when we went so we did not go in the water. The sunsets were very beautiful. There’s not much to do close by, but it’s a fun get away. We want to thank Penny, she is an amazing person who made sure felt at home and cared for!

We found it to be somewhat run down in general with many permanent sites that are not well kept. The sites on the lake have been recently improved which is nice. The view from the lake side sites is beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The biggest problem we found is the traffic noise from I-20 which crosses the lake a few miles away. At night it was extremely loud and annoying because the campground was so quiet.

Very nice one of the better campgrounds in the Travel Resorts of America group right on lake Oconee. Nice level full hook up sites. Very friendly staff.

Took a tour of the place. Lots of amenities and beautiful campsites literally feet from the water. Can't wait to set up there for a few days and enjoy the scenery around our camper. Fell in love with a dog named Opie.

It is a nice RV resort and people are friendly. Some of the sites could use some work and water pressure could be better.

Excellent campground. We had RV site #12. Great location to watch the sunset over the lake.
